@@SephirothRyu Araki bases JJBA’s narrative around themes of lyrics in songs so a proverb such as this wouldn’t surprise me either. Especially when in Part 5, Diavolo is “The Man Who Sold The World” as in DIO’s The World, but more solidly he is certainly the “21st Century Schizoid Man”* like the King Crimson song as Part 5 is 2001.
The song “Nights in White Satin” is an iconic song by The Moody Blues is thematically of regret and Abbacchio’s arc involves grief from regretful decisions.
*edit to avoid sounding ableist: “schizoid” as in schizophrenia isn’t at all the disassociative identity disorder, Doppio is still hearing a voice inside his head which is still a heavy simplification but still.
Context on DIO thing, Diavolo sold Enya the arrows that would grant DIO his Stand, so Diavolo figuratively sold The World and Yoshikage Kira (appearance modelled after David Bowie, writer of that aforementioned song) received his Stand indirectly through this as well, since Yoshihiro Kira worked for DIO and was to keep that arrow safe in Japan, perhaps having granted it to his son as well.

It has only appeared once so far at the end of the Highway to Hell fight but it sounds amazing! Maybe you'll make an epic version of that once the second batch releases.

Okay, but can you even _imagine_ how broken KCR would be? King Crimson is already one of the most OP Stands in the entire series, but a Requiem version would be unthinkable. Can it erase more time? Can it erase things completely from history? I can't even begin to comprehend.

Basically, KC is able to controle de the present and the future but the biggest wish of Diavolo is to erase his past. So KCR would be to erase the past and make the perfect world for Diavolo where nobody would be ever to know him, a little like Bite the Dust of Killer Queen. So either Giorno and all his enemies would be erased from reality or they wouldn't even start to find the boss because for them, the boss wouldn't exist thanks to KCR and so Diavolo would have dominate the world in the shadow
What is Diavolo's greatest desire at the moment of him using the arrow (Hypothetically if the arrow did not reject him)?

I think that Diavolo is actually King Crimson, whenever he's talking we see king Crimson talk for him most of the time, not to mention his soul when it was switched he was shown as king Crimson
A Stand is literally one's pure life energy manifested into an ability & a "physical" body, so : no King Crimson isn't Diavolo & vice-versa, however K.C. & Diavolo being both fueled by the same soul (Doppio doesn't count, he is just a mental disease) of course makes them intricately linked.
This is why Stand users (with Stands that they control ofc) are able "usually" to speak, see, hear, etc with their Stand, we've seen it before & after (Pucci's White Snake for example) ;
so Diavolo mostly spoke through K.C. , but it only was made this way to conceal his identity from the characters, but MOSTLY US, the viewer/reader.
@@landracula5463 Doppio is essentially Diavolo's alter ego. Doppio has a soul of his own, so he is not the result of a mental illness. Two personalities in one person.

- Doppio literally fits Diavolo's obsession with his identity, which after whatever trauma happened, D.I.D. split them
So yeah idk, what i mean is that i believe so because of the fact that it resembles, if not mimic, D.I.D. + the two facts above which shows that they aren't completely separate souls, but intricately linked fragments of one soul (especially that their "stands" are also one).
But yeah if you have proof , i'd like to see them to learn !

I wonder, could he be on par with that meddlesome Jotaro and his Star Platinum? Most definitely. It would be best for me and Killer Queen to stay out of his way. @SaiyntZero well it's kinda canon (according to dead man's tales or smth forgot the name) since in it he is revived sorta as a ghost detective without any memories and tries to figure things out while solving cases in a way
To add on, I- *cough cough* erm, well, Kira is forced to do the bidding of a monk in order to either regain his memories or simply have a purpose. He doesn't have Killer Queen and is limited to his own movements and actions. Deadman's Questions is such a nice read.
ALSO there's a new manga written by the person who wrote Purple Haze Feedback called Crazy Diamond's Demonic Heartbreak where Josuke and Hol Horse team up, it looks gnarly.

King Crimson probably is the strongest non-requiem stand in the series, the ability to flatout erase time and everything in it while still being able to move is completely nuts. Araki literally had to perform an asspull just to come up with a way to even beat him.
strong, yes. strongest, no. theres just way too many more op non requiem stands, made in heaven, tusk act 4, ball breaker, d4c, soft and wet, wonder of u, etc. part 7 and 8 did not hold back when it came to broken abilities.
@@themfdon0308 Ball breaker, Wonder of u and Soft and wet get blitzed by Diavolo first off spin wont touch Diavolo since time erase and epitaph, Soft and wet can steal ability with bubbles, can blink users, make tricks with bubbles ( No friction floor and Bubble wall ) also Go beyond but has a terrible aim basically needed park sparley to know where to aim the only thing it could save Gappy is Friction floor on Diavolo, Wonder of u have the most powerfull ability villain confirmed by Araki but Time erase is other concept and calamity range wont affect it until time erase ends and King crimson strikes this fight would be like Metallica one. I think there also more stands that could beat King crimson and other ops stand like Weather report, Bohemian Rhapsody, etc.
