Last night I prayed to god and asked him to help me be more present, peaceful, more purpose driven, to be more of my authentic self, to lead with love, to be a man under his light, to finally overcome my fears for good. And this morning I was fired from my soul sucking job. I truly believe that was god answering my prayers and helping me out by removing me from that position. I believe this is part of the journey he has for me. Now it’s time to meet him half way and become the purpose driven man I’ve been trying to become for months. I leave on July 30th to join the Air Force. I'm 22 years old and for the first time in my life I'm finally doing something for me. Ive always been the guy who's tried to do everything for everyone else, but nothing for me. It's time to get my life together and find out who I am. Keep your heads high and your dreams higher. As the Air Force would say, aim high.

As my life progresses (im 20) i always thought i was evolving in a slow pace. But thats just me comparing myself to people that didnt have the same circumstances as me.
