I can’t remember exactly but I made it proportionate to the overall size of the flag. There’s flag proportions online. As for cnc speeds and feeds, I ran it fairly fast since it was such a soft wood and my cnc can easily handle 350+ ipm even on hardwoods.
What are the dimensions for the union? And what setting did you use on your cnc for the stars?

Very cool
Thanks!
What caliber of shell casings do you use?
On this I used 9mm
Did you poly it and if yes was it after or before the spent rounds?
On this, I did not. However, yes you could. I would do it before installing the brass.
What are your measurements for the shell casings ?
I make the holes roughly 1mm bigger than the outer diameter of the casing. Then I drill the holes for the casings roughly 3/8” deep.
What’s the measurement on the spacing?
@@WilliamTurner-oz6in I did the average width of the coins. Between 1.75”-2” in this case.
Thank you sir
How did you do the stars?
I carved them on my CNC
How much?
