The key to all of it is fulfilling large pre-orders most common people dont pre-sell enough for a case. having a following , buidling the trust of that following is where the grind comes in. Most dont make it out of the grind phase, getting people to your site where people spend their money is the hardest part.

Sounds a lot like you need to diversify your products and merchandise. Pokemon has great margins, but the cards, while not a loss leader, are quite bad margins even at wholesale price compared to most products precisely because consumers know how to play the game of getting as close to the wholesale price as possible, but with practically all other Pokemon merch, they don't do that.
While I appreciate the transparency here, it does leave me with mixed feelings to know that this is something you are comfortable with doing. Regardless of if you have the capital lying around in a separate account, you are inadvertently admitting that there is a risk when buying your pre-orders. As a customer (some may disagree), knowing that my money is being used in this manner really deters me from wanting to conduct business with you.

I’ve been wondering why they would announce Prismatic Evolutions JUST before Surging Sparks launched, basically taking the wind out of the sails of Surging. Makes total sense now. Risk of TPC/distributors not getting their money from retailers, and they need a new set of preorders to raise capital to pay the Surging Sparks invoices.
Pokemon always does this. For example, Stellar was announced before Shrouded Fable came out. Companies do this months in advance for a reason. Money. They want as many sales as possible months in advance so they can sell out, then order more and sell out again b4 the product even releases. Could they have waited a week? Yes. But everything is about numbers and profits these days.
No actually this is literally just how they do things. A new set always gets dropped for preorders as one releases. They’ve been doing this exact cycle for years

What you're describing in your video is fraud. As a business, you have a responsibility to your customer once they purchase an item, to use that money to purchase that item. If you don't, this is fraud. Just got to the end of your video. If you think getting blacklisted by your distributer is the worst thing that would happen in this situation you should talk to a lawyer. I would strongly recommend you re-evaluate the way you do business. A contract is a legal designation for a reason. You made a contract with your distributer and your customer made a contract with you when they purchased the item. Breaking contracts will always have legal ramifications. The question is whether the parties decide it's worth pursuing.

Posting a “preorder” that is essentially just a crowdfunding event for YOU to generate revenue while you wait around for the set release is abhorrent. The most important thing is that you received $100k of pre-order, so you should be paying less than $100k to your supplier.
Pokemon packs are like buying scratch off lottery tic, you mostly lose your money, but every once and while can win big
or don't open the pack and it might be worth more in the long run. hard to not open though........need shinies.

Any time I see you address complaints, you dress them in a way that allows you to completely discredit what they are saying as moronic.
