On job seeker you will get 4 months visa once you are in portugal you will find a job and will visit AIMA office for your Biometric. Within few months you will receive your TRC
Walaykum Assalam wa Rahmatullah, all the other articles won't be effected. The Portugal immigration is not close only the EOI (FILE LOCK) system will be closed soon. This will not effect the applied EOI.
