Could you make a video on the HDB gate latch? I think a lot of people face issues with the latch rod stuck. For me i found my bottom latch rod abit loose cos i suspect the contractor drilled a hole in the cement screed that was too big?
This causes my side gate to rattle excessively whenever i close my main gate. I am not so sure what i can do to secure the latch rod properly in the cement screeding.
