That was my first thought before I watched Billy Elliot filmed Live on West End. After I watched it. It all make sense why Billy Elliot won Best Musical

You really should watch the filmed performance of Billy Elliot. Such a beautiful story told by a talented cast.
Also, Next to Normal did not age well, imho. It tried to be edgy but now I just find it cringey.
