Black Siren’s true potential was displayed in her first appearance. Also not shown in this compilation, she took down multiple buildings simultaneously. She effortlessly and completely incapacitated the Flash, could’ve killed him if Wally didn’t hit her with his car. She was nerfed big time for Arrow, and mix with that extremely poor writing/budget, and you’ve got one of DCU’s top female meta rendered to a manipulative side kick who Felicity was able to knock down with a girly punch. Only Flash has done her justice, higher budget or not. Siren-X was also given proper justice in terms of powers and abilities. I just hope Green Arrow & The Canaries redeems her character, because Katie is one hell of an actress.
Well black siren would never be able to hit flash with her scream because light is faster than sound but she still probely do damage by sound and if we're being realistic everyone would've already have died just by being screamed at by her

She defeated season 2 flash, casually blasts oliver across a room, rutenly fights diggle and beats him or draws every time, defeated Sara lance/white canary in hand to hand combat,defeats Dinah easily many times,killed vigilante with her scream,takes out oliver,Diaz,cayden,diggle,wild dog,anatony,mr terrific in five seconds by herself, the only one of zooms metas to defeat the flash,and even took out 10 buildings with her sonic scream. She truly is one of the most powerful characters.

On the other hand, since Earth One Laurel got killed off, people start to complain. Then Black Siren got introduced. Her characteristic and character arc is like a slow burn, becomes better and better eventually kind of dethroned Felicity in season 8. Even though Felicity got the last scene, Earth 2 Laurel Lance basically carried the last season with Oliver. And she is a way better mentor to Mia

Earth X Laurel is essentially a different character with the same powers but only shown in The Flash Season 4 when they were trying to get a meta human nuclear bomb to ARGUS for protection against Devoe and Siren-X tried to destroy Earth 1 by trying to blow him up.

Man, Black Siren is so powerful character that she can destroyed several buildings and beat the Flash without broken a sweat. Too bad, Guggenheim, his cohorts and the writers ruined her in Arrow S5. If I am one of the writers of Arrow S5, I don't give a sh*t towards Guggie & his cohorts. I made my own version of S5 where Barry/The Flash told Oliver about Black Siren right after Laurel Lance's funeral. Oliver had a decision whether he ask her to join him or her own decision. Black Siren join Oliver's team and this begins her redemption from villain to hero with some memorable & complicated moments such as her backstory, meeting her E-1's doppelganger's father, Captain Lance, her sister Sara and her rivalry with Felicity Smoak due of both had relationship with Oliver while she & Oliver is facing Adrian Chase/Prometheus and their inner demons & pasts. That could have save Arrow from the dumpster if some writers did not focus on Fefe Smoak. Black Siren would be the successor and taking a mantle of Black Canary.
The last scene when the four of them run from explosive. I guess write weren't creative enough to use Canary Cry against the blast. How cool would it be for her to shout & block the explosion?

laurel became a hero towards the end of season 7 of Arrow
then since the season 7 finale she has became the black canary that all fans love
Black Siren/Black Canary was so nerfed, she is the woman and person with the most poweful sonic scream in the whole multiverse (only in dc tho) and she is as same as good fighter as batman
has anyone noticed laurel is more dependent on her cry while dinah is more dependent on hand to hand?

Joshua Darlington the shape of the power he means. Both of their screams takes the shape of a cone. Songbird is more powerful though as she’s basically magic and like you sad she can create magical constructs with her voice other than screaming.

@@isthatmarri1221no, this is Earth 2 Laurel, used to work for Zoom in The Flash. Earth X Laurel is essentially a different character with the same powers but only shown in The Flash Season 4 when they were trying to get a meta human nuclear bomb to ARGUS for protection against Devoe and Siren-X tried to destroy Earth 1 by trying to blow him up.
My favorite Part on Arrow was when they first showed her and she tells Felicity one problem with my ability I can never hear my victims scream so hilarious other than when her and Dinah was fighting on the highway and she says nice outfit except I would gone wit Fishnets 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Pretty sure he means those screams should be able to kill a person with ease as u said they were strong enough to level buildings but for some reason those said screams can merely only knock a person out
It does seem inconsistent. Albeit, she killed that dude with a lengthy shriek to the head.
Also, we aren't given any updates on the grunts she shrieked on. So, not sure they all survived.
Plus, in combat, she isn't given enough time to build up a bone-shattering shout. A horse kick-level scream suffices at those moments.

Man, Black Siren is so powerful character that she can destroyed several buildings and beat the Flash without broken a sweat. Too bad, Guggenheim, his cohorts and the writers ruined her in Arrow S5.
If I am one of the writers of Arrow S5, I don't give a sh*t towards Guggie & his cohorts. I made my own version of S5 where Barry/The Flash told Oliver about Black Siren right after Laurel Lance's funeral. Oliver had a decision whether he ask her to join him or her own decision.
Black Siren join Oliver's team and this begins her redemption from villain to hero with some memorable & complicated moments such as her backstory, meeting her E-1's doppelganger's father, Captain Lance, her sister Sara and her rivalry with Felicity Smoak due of both had relationship with Oliver while she & Oliver is facing Adrian Chase/Prometheus and their inner demons & pasts.
That could have save Arrow from the dumpster if some writers did not focus on Fefe Smoak. Black Siren would be the successor and taking a mantle of Black Canary.
