My dad had a 125 and when I was young I'm 65 now but I used that 125 for yrs I couldn't afford to buy one but that was the very best saw I ever used. I wish I would have kept it but when he died I didn't think anything about it. Wish I had kept it what a wonderful saw. Thanks for this video my friend loved it brought back memories. Thank you
WOW, and he plays the fricken drums? Of course he does. What a cool dude. Thanks man I like what you do and what you're about! Been binge watching your content non stop past several days.
Hey Buckin love you and your family and the army My dad stuck a chainsaw in my hands when I was 14. You and Hogan remind me of my dad and me cutting firewood. Lost him 40 years this September. Bought my first saw 37 years ago and still have it. Love you my brother
That ol fella Brian knows his way round an axe, he 'reads the round' beautifully. Many could whale away on that round and give up, but he took it apart with experience & skill. Bless him
Buckin, what a great old Mac, I LOVE IT!, thanks to you, and your insperation, im starting to collect these old power saws, i now have three so far , a 250, a little beaver, tiny little thing, and i just rescued a 1953 model 47. just waiting for warm weather so i can get them all back to life. Thanks for a great video.
❤❤❤😄🤗 I love the 125 MACs!!! And all it needed so far was a carb kit and the manual oiler rod hooked up. Thanks for sharing Buckin! Kind of one of those saws that make your face light up whenever its running, even as a bystander...😊
Oh my goodness, the look on BearClaws face when that thing fired was priceless. And man he can swing an axe. Hey Bhckin can we call that 125 Andy? LEATHER AND STEEL. Love it Buckin thank you Bruce and Robyn we love you. Love ya Buckin thank you. 🌲❤🌲✊🪓
SUPER COOL!! My Grandpa had the same exact saw! He called it his BUCK twenty-five. The only reason I remember it was because Grandma and him had a big argument about how much he paid for it back then. He didn't care because they had some huge nasty massive Dutch Elm trees(Dutch Elm disease was going around then) out back, that had to come down before they fell and ruined the fence. Didn't want the cows to get loose or killed. He also worked for the county and he drove the grader mostly(it was yellow too). That saw Kicked-Ass! He was so happy that day when he brought that home.
New to the Buckin Army but I have to tell you......3 gems in one video right here.......seeing a 125 come back to life after 15 years , watching Bearclaw truly handle an axe , and then watching Bearclaw grab the 125 , fire it up and cut with it.....Priceless......Be Safe and Be Kind !!!
Buckin’, your channel has brought me many hours of uplifting entertainment. There are a lot of good people out there. You, Ironhorse, Tinman, Steve and the like. Good salt of the Earth solid MEN.
This was my absolute favorite buckin vid that I’ve watched so far, they’re all great, but this was a real treat!! Big big BBBIIIIGGGGG thanks 🙏🏻 to the Manley’s!!! Just awesome!!!
I can only imagine how that felt to watch your mentor fire up that saw and light up like he did! That was awesome to behold! Thanks for letting us in!❤️❤️🪓🪓
Thanks for that slice of your life. That first start then Brian put it in the wood. Beautiful piece of living my brother 💪🏻⚡️🪓 Kindness and love one at a time

Good evening Buckin. I am a 21 year old, line clearance climber from kentucky, USA. love you're channel and all of the content. I also tie off with 2 half hitches to my D-rings. And I was trained the old school way to, I love tree work it runs through my veins, and I will do it until the day I die. Stay safe my fellow tree brother
So sweet seeing you get that beast running. There's nothing finer than seeing a machine designed to run simply running. Forget all the electronics, just have a spark, some fuel, and oxygen and boom, light up! Love it!
As you have always said, my friend, it is always about the journey! There is something uniquely beautiful about bringing back an old beauty like the 125! Lieutenant Bradley ❤️🪓🙏
Wow. Just wow. I know finding that SP125 probably made your whole year, and it's only Feb. 1st ! Tomorrow is Groundhog Day here in the States, and my big brothers Anniversary. Have a great day, Love and Kindness Wins, every day, every week, every year.
Around 34 minutes in to the video and it looks like you are standing under a rainbow BR - you certainly found your pot of gold in that 125! Nice to see that saw in the hands of someone who will appreciate it AND use it!
Always good to see the Drifter drop by. What a beast of a saw though!! Always keeping a look out for one down here. Massive thank you to Bearclaw for coming on the channel and sharing his knowledge as well, he is an absolute machine!!
Beauty saw brother! Oh man I loved that video, getting to share your joy and excitement over that saw and the process was pretty special, thank you. Love watching Bearclaw split wood too, neat man, I can tell. Wish everyone the best, love to ya all, keep the love and kindness flowing!🪓🌲😄
That old Ford on the ferry is an old time islander, funny enough he has been selling firewood as a living on ssi as long as I can remember, thats awesome!
I drifted to this channel a few days ago in my aimless wanderings of useful axe and saw knowledge. Definitely more to the channel than that. Love the energy...subscribed! ✅
I literally had tears build in my eyes seeing that you had that in your pickup.. I know how happy it made you buddy! Bruce freakin Manley!!! Thank you sir for gifting buckin this saw! You and Robin rock in so many ways! Congrats buckin! Love ya brother! I had to rewind it a couple times to watch the reaction of her idling all by herself
Good to see another one lives and that it needed very little to get back to life, the biggest issue with them is the intake boot. Well done, these McCulloch saws are hard to kill.
Great video Buckin! Thanks for putting out great content day after day. I know it’s a lot of work. I can barely get a few out per year. Thanks for helping us all to calm down and take things as they come. It’s awesome to see the Bear Claw putting those axes and that saw through their paces. Have great week!
Hi! Hi 🙋🏻♂️ Bucking Billy how are you my friend ? You did another great movie I love it buddy , nice 125 Mc culloch wow that’s old man 👴 huge saw wow happy or you 👍
Don't forget that not all of us have seen all the videos Bukkin (though I am trying😆) so better to repeat useful information and get it out there then to miss some folks I think! Love the longer video and love even more to see into your past with Bryan and the Manley's. Your great at falling, but I think more than that your an awesome person with a knack for sharing your positivity and your story! Long comment for a long video 🙂
Good to see Brian! Interesting video. Enjoyed this one a lot! Helped me get through my work day sitting at my desk in an office wishing I worked outside. Love your attitude Buckin! Thank you for being an inspiration sir! Much respect for you here in the Blue Ridge Mts of South Carolina!
Soft wood is harder too split than hard wood like oak . Brian is a beast of a man tougher than a hickory knot I can see it from just seeing him swing that axe. God bless it’s always good to see
Buckin that is such a cool saw bud definitely one for any of us McCulloch fans! Very nice of them Manleys eh 😁. ...not gunna lie I'm a bit jealous hehehe
Buckin your a great guy i dig all your knowledge And experience advice i love your videos i have learned alot from watching your videos im getting into the tree work and logging fire wood season is here now id love to buy a ax from u from one logging brother to another that means more to a person than any store bought garbage that they sell true craftsman ship is hard to come across these days

The sound of that distinct metallic ring on that 125 is music. That is a sweet gift. Makes me wonder how that monster would run if it got "Walkerized".but on another side it's almost a shame to modify such a classic. To see Brian's face just light up when she fired right up was awesome.
