No this is way better its literally god mode. bio monitor+ bloodpump + second heart + axolotl But only with this perk you are in godmode = Borrowed time (tech tree) And with this loud out you could also use = the revulsor And the BIODYNE BESERK to abuse all the low heath cyberware in this build or maby the MOORE TECH BESERK to save on cyberware capacity This would be a beserk + sandy + godmode build all in one
I don't think axoloth is essential for hacker build. It could be if it would need less capacity but frontal lobe has a lot of hack-focused cyberware that are much accessible that wise. Not to mention overclock lasts 14 secs with 30 secs cooldown so you won't need to turn on overclock twice in most combat encounters
Bio-monitor, blood pump, and second heart all combined make you almost immortal. one detects when you are low health (bio-monitor) and automatically uses your chosen health item (the blood pump, which is also the best health item in the game) and only has a small cooldown timer. Even if you somehow die, you will instantly regain 100% of your health from second heart. couple these with bonuses that speed up health item regen speed and cyberware cooldown and you'll never have to worry
Honestly all you need is the BioMonitor and some Points in Tech and Strenght and you won't die anymore unless you actively try. I feel like additional Bloodpump and Second Heart are just a waste of cyberware slots.
Second Heart is good for melee builds, along with Chitin (really liked using it there). I understand its value in tougher fights/higher difficulties, because with a 20 Body unit, you can still get floored by a melee attacker if you aren't paying attention. It *might* be useful for netrunners, but I prefer Biomonitor when going that route.
@@justdominik9812all the tattoos have smart link. It’s just aesthetics. I kinda like the billy goat devil Arasaka one too but the Johnny + V one takes the cake for me.

Painducer and shock and awe are a fantastic combo, the damage ticks made by painducer can also proc shock and awe. Also pain editor makes it so those damage ticks have their damage reduced, increasing its effectiveness.
I went for the 200% hp regen and pray to roll everything for health regen. With 20 con also add in the Buffs like the less hp the higher the regen and running increases regen. Its pretty fun to me to be basically the " i' ll just walk/run it off"
When it comes to raw survivability I’m going with berserk instead of sandy cause the damage output is insane when using berserk in combo with the byakko katana. Plus maxing out the the reflex sword tree and the middle body tree. Also using cooldown perks and blood pumps and also adrenaline boosters. This build will kill large groups of enemies in the blink of an eye. All you gotta do is dash towards enemies mitigating damage in the process and unleash byakko on them. One by one they will all drop.
Chitin + Second Heart. High health regeneration and a second life is a HUGE advantage for melee focused builds. While Heal-On-Kill is good, I think these and Blunt Weapon perks would be insanely powerful.
I’m partial to the Axolotl frontal cortex that boosts cyberware cooldown by a lot, I can’t remember if it’s reduction on kill or not though but I know I like it a lot
I'm a net runner so having the extra ram in your head is essential for that because of some hacks taking so much ram to activate and if you're like me and you run around making people go blind and shooting them then ram is great
Double jump's ok, but it's better for jumping distance. If you want height, you want Fortified Ankles. While the difference may be in a half dozen centimeters, that distance is the difference between getting up where you want to be in one go and having to try again. Arms are debatable and highly dependent on the rest of your build. I do have a fondness for the Gorilla Arms though on a Cool sniper/stealth heavy build. The passive boost to the Body Attribute is a nice touch for something that is otherwise going to be ignored for 99.9% of the game. That 0.01% being the boxing side quests, which they also help with.
I just started a new game a street kid and you just gave me an idea I'm gonna do a minimal implant run. Ya gotta get the 2 from Vic and I already got the boost jump not the double jump but the other one. I don't really have anything else yet.Try and make it through the game without any others I've never done that before.
Fortified ankles over reinforced tendons. Lower cyberware cost, more armor, charged jump gives you more traversal options than double jump, and it can be combined with guts for extra high jumps.
I will argue against double jump or charged jump. That thing is easy mode. Pick any of the other leg cyberware and challenge yourself a little. You'll find many of the shortcuts you take during gigs are no longer available and you have to adapt.

I use the charged jumping leg cyberware bc it gives you more armor, but it functions kind of the same, just a bit more annoying and less maneuverability, it’s only bad for melee builds imo
Honestly not a fan of double jump, charged jump lets you go slightly higher and is just feels better if you do not have air dash Plus gives you a lot more armor
Im surprised they didnt rework the leg augments. Anything other than double jump is a massive mistake. So, knowing that, they should have just done variants of double jumping, with special effects and perks. Whos going to use the "run faster" legs over double jumping? Like even the air dodge is usless without double jumping.
I think I get some bug, because my V unkillable. Health can't drop up to 100-110 hp. I sometimes just genocide max tag just for fun and when bored just go stealth. Only can be killed if jump from high in first home or enemy use shut down system demon.

Bio-monitor and blood pump together are essential never have to worry about healing if you set it up correctly.
Bio-Mon, Blood Pump, and Second Heart basically give you four lives
Second heart, biomoniter and heal on kill have given me the most success against maxtac
