Also everyone irrespective of their cricketing stature and contributions to Indian cricket, needs to earn their coaching badges/credentials first. Look at Rahul Dravid, what he achieved with our younger teams. That is the path going forward for any indian born coach, they need to have coaching experience, doing it the right way.
Dravid is best for coaching young teams like U19 and IndA .
His skill will lead to their immense successess
