to your question at 4:58, I personally think it's because the girl wearing black top (Ningning) is gonna sing and hit the high note in the next part so they hide her behind the formation so that she doesn't have to put so much strength in her dancing (because the audiences' attention is on the front girl, Winning) and can catch a breath before hitting a high note
It is hard to understand but I will explain u quickly uwu.In Korea there're companies such as here ... like universal music, capitol records ... aespa's company is SM enterteiment (one of the biggest and most quoted btw) then the Korean companies have their own studios maybe it will make you familiar 'cause EXO and NCT are from the same company,wayv also (but yes,we know wayv is part of NCT)
its a thing in kpop dances for one person to be hidden so they can emerge for their singing part. it happens in many groups but you noticed it here cause it was only four of them singing. sometimes they also hide a member if a group has an odd number of people. the choreographer wants to make it even so they put someone in the back for a certain formation.
