The Lexx MXe Exhaust line up is a tunable exhaust system allows the user to change from a race exhaust (46mm Race Tip) to a forest friendly silencer (Quiet Core Insert) Engineered to improve torque and acceleration with an increase of up to 4 horsepower on some machines.
Lightweight design saves up to 3.5 lbs. over the stock exhaust.
Included 46mm Race Tip for closed course competition.
Includes USFA approved Quiet Core spark arrestor insert that brings sound levels down below 96db. Optional tuning exhaust tips and optional screen type Spark Arrestor are available to allow user to further tune power and sound characteristics.
Constructed of lightweight 6061 T6 aluminum and durable 304 stainless steel.

I have a LEXX slip on on my 400ex and i love it. I've ran it for 4 years so far. I had the coupler from the mid pipe to the header pipe and RM warranted it after 4 years. I highly recommend it.
Jason Wulff what jets should I run at 700 elevation
I put one on my XR650L and ride out to the US forest roads with my small back pack and bolt on my quiet tip in, and the Forest Rangers give me thumbs up in there truck as I drive by to get to this crazy old track in the mountains and huge Hill climb. This was on my build list to strip the XR650's diet. Bike feels so much better now. I get back down to the road and pop the 46mm back in and ride home and everyone can hear me. Love it.

I was concerned the product was just junk, but now I think of it as a no name product from what I can tell good quality. Cool concept with the different tips for sound and performance. Reminds me of the old super trap exhaust.
Wish there were some of nice colour end cap and bolts that be looking sweet of styles of own bikes

I have a raptor 250 and i have really no price range for an exhaust but on rocky mountain website there is the lexx the fmf and the hmf i’m wondering which one you would recommend as I want a louder exhaust than my stock one but not something that will blow my ears out.

I found a lexx pipe at the dunes. How can I find out for what type of bike/ATV it's for? All i can find on the pipe is the screen type engraved on it. 12-007A and 12-007B
What are the recommended jets? I have a 440ex big bore, stage 1 hot cam, and lexx exhaust. My sea level is 502’
Sorry, this exhaust does not come with recommended jetting for different machines. However, it really shouldn't be too far off from our current jetting if you have it dialed in.
Is there on for a Honda trx300ex?
Running just the race tip with no silencer will it mess with back pressure?

I want a quiet muffler that isn’t much louder than stock. Do I have to re jet the carb for the trail save option? My carb is stock right now and I’d like to know if I have to re jet it for the quietest option on the new muffler.
Re-jetting is always an option but you should be alright.
Rocky Mountain ATV MC thx man! I have the jets that came with my bike when I bought it. I can swap them for a muffler. Just wasn’t sure if the quietist option would be a big enough change for a jet swap.

They're both pretty close. But the Lexx with the quiet core insert is pretty dang quiet. - Chase

With out the quite core inside, how loud is it, I mainly want an aftermarket exhaust on my 2008 Suzuki LTZ 400 for sound, I want it really loud
i have one of those on CRF 450X i just brought from a mate and its stupid loud .have a mrd exhaust on a drz 400 and i thought it was loud .the lexx is way to loud for my liking
without the quiet core its loud enough and sounds good. if you want a loud muffler that is't to expensive there good .to loud for the road .if your riding down the bush its ok as long as your not trying to hide from anyone
Just saying nothing gets more bike parks (or quad) then a loud exhaust
Mine didnt come with the midpipe or the mount bracket

Unfortunately that is not a straightforward answer. Your jetting will depend on your specific elevation and riding environment.

This exhaust comes with the silencer, mid-pipe, quiet core insert, race tip and mounting hardware. The optional screen spark arrestor and tuning tips shown at 2:57 in this video are available separately.

Unfortunately, this exhaust isn't made for the 300EX.
Can you use the Lexx slip on with an fmf powerbomb header?
The Lexx slip-on is designed to be used with the stock header so we can't guarantee fitment for your bike with the Power Bomb, but we have had customers use that combination with success.

I have a Gen 1, KLR650 with a powerbomb, and the Lexx worked and fit just fine
@@rmatvmc mine wouldn’t fit my stock header. The mid pipe wouldn’t fit it was too tight.
I've got an XR650L with the power bomb head pipe. I had an exhaust shop expand the front end of the Lexx mid pipe and then everything fit great with no leaks.
You have to rejet it?
It will vary depending on the setup of your machine. Although jetting isn't always necessary, it will help you get the most out of the exhaust if jetted correctly.

Is it a lot louder than a stock crf 250x exhaust?
I want a quiet but still light exhaust.
With the quiet core insert in, it's nice and quiet! The quiet core insert was built for trail riding specifically to keep the noise level down.
What happens if you run it with just the end cap
Its loud as shit and makes a bwufwufwuf sound because the exhaust hits the upper portion of the end cap because it wont have a pipe turning the exhaust flow downwards.
