    Great video like always! I love how you take the time to go over every step and make it so much easier to understand and follow. One question not sure if you may know the answer to is if there are charges for WhatsApp messages same way that is for sms messages. Please keep posting your vids, they are great

      I talked with support and they confirmed that no charges extra for using chat widget for whatsapp just the monthly fee for using whatsapp. Thank you for watching.

    Great video! So you can only have either the live chat or the chat widget on your site? You cannot have both right? Only one or the other?

      Correct one or the other at a given time. You can always switch.

    The “Chat Widget” essentially turns into the “live chat” once the contact form is filled out correct? You can communicate through text or the LC app?

      No that is not correct. They are two different widgets which is why there are two different channels for workflows AI etc to connect to each.

    9:13 - I noticed from GHL conversation tab you have an option to "request contact details" and it sends the contact form. Is there a way we can set a trigger and automate this when the bot or user suggests a callback?

      @HLGuy sorry I worded that very poorly. At the time stamp you mention there's no contact form that pops up during the live chat. When I go to view the conversation from the live chat in GHL, I can see there's a button to send "request contact details" that's what I'm talking about.

      @@chrispel84 You could do this through a workflow where you set customer replied and then choose live chat channel but the issue is when they do live chat ghl assigns that person a generic name in the CRM so when you submit a request form to them there is nothing in the contact record to tie it back to the information they would send to you and would create a new contact so your conversation area would not transfer over. Hope it helps.

      @HLGuy thank you, that makes sense. Hopefully they make an update where you can have the contact form pop up as the welcome message in the near future and then create the contact in the backend.

      @@chrispel84 The whole point of the live chat widget is to talk with someone directly in real time so the person who is responding can ask the questions that you are talking about and update the contact record. If you don't have anyone then you should use the classic chat widget and then setup ai to respond automatically. Hope that helps and thanks for watching.
