    At 19:30 Ray talks about returning traffic, and how they will re-enter the workflow potentially. May suggest adding a tag (to most workflows in general) as a milestone -- Ex: IF "Response #2" received, "add tag to contact" -- Tag being: "Re-Visiting" or to attach kind of a milestone to their contact, you can tag "Asked buying questions" and if they return back to your site, you can sort them into a workflow set of responses for more qualified or even create a "pre-qualified lead" workflow/pipeline.

      I am not sure how your knowledgeable hub is setup but it would need to be accessible to the ai engine via a web address. If it is then you would set it up under conversation ai in the settings for the subaccount. Thank you for watching.

    Hey Ray, do you know if I have activated the $79/m subscription for Conversation AI, when I utilize conversation AI in a workflow, will the cost be attributed back to the $79 subscription or is that extra charges?

      I am 100% sure how that would work exactly. You get my snapshots and if your language is set differently I do not know if GHL will convert the text. I'm not sure. Thanks for considering upgrading with my affiliate link.

    Hey Ray how are you I have a simple question ,when someone fills in the form for the first time, the workflow works , but when the same person fills in the same form with the same information for the second time, the workflow does not work, can you help me please

      If go to the settings of the workflow, there is an option which says allow re-entry. This is turned off by default so turn it on and it should work

    So what happens if a client doesn't want to pay for the credits used on these chatbots because of budget reasons or they are just in shock that it cost them so much for a particular month. Is the agency stuck with the bill?

      The answer is Yes. The agency is responsible for all charges for sub accounts. That is why I push people to the Agency Pro plan that keeps their credit card on file and charges their card for monthly services and all usages fees.

    Hi Ray I am a big fan of your channel. And you are always full of information. I am using the chatwidget on my own website. It is a Wordpress website and it is working almost correctly. The only problem is that the language is automatically switching between Dutch and English. Do you have any solution?

      Typically language settings are defined at the computer level. So a computer may have Dutch as language and on websites that have languages enabled would display in Dutch.
