At 19:30 Ray talks about returning traffic, and how they will re-enter the workflow potentially. May suggest adding a tag (to most workflows in general) as a milestone -- Ex: IF "Response #2" received, "add tag to contact" -- Tag being: "Re-Visiting" or to attach kind of a milestone to their contact, you can tag "Asked buying questions" and if they return back to your site, you can sort them into a workflow set of responses for more qualified or even create a "pre-qualified lead" workflow/pipeline. The answer is Yes. The agency is responsible for all charges for sub accounts. That is why I push people to the Agency Pro plan that keeps their credit card on file and charges their card for monthly services and all usages fees.

The only problem is that the language is automatically switching between Dutch and English. Do you have any solution?
Typically language settings are defined at the computer level. So a computer may have Dutch as language and on websites that have languages enabled would display in Dutch.

It is my understanding that when you purchase the $79/m subscription that its unlimited usage including the conversation ai workflow action.

If go to the settings of the workflow, there is an option which says allow re-entry. This is turned off by default so turn it on and it should work
