In this video I discuss the benefits of defect management. Any IT project will comprise of a lot of testing to flush out any flaws or ‘defects’ in the product. It’s hard to predict how many defects you will find and it’s really important to stay on top of them. If you don’t, things can go chaotic very quickly and your end of test deadlines put at extreme risk. This video will help you to understand why it’s so important to manage defects well and hopefully give you a nudge to preparing properly for your next testing phase.
