Have you seen those little bitty excavators that are probably come from China, that have a small B&S engine? Digging here in Missouri is a challenge because the dirt is mostly rock. I had a guy come to our house and just outside the building is a hydrant and apparently the fittings where never glued, but what is funny it has been there for over 30 years. But he had a small excavator and didn't have much problem digging last winter. Those trees there might some day crack your floor.

Yeah a run of 4 inch perforated pipe in some clean gravel won't hurt for a soak away - are you putting guttering on the two sheds
