These were probably a bit cheaper but people asking $175 makes this lot $525 today. There are some great cards from the set but imo with current market conditions, chasing is a fast L. I'd just buy the specific one you're after and you'll save a lot more. I think that if the common / uncommon slots were perhaps full body art images it would have given them an extra bit of value and the newer sets have done entirely different artwork (Dungeons) which just adds flare to the customization. Either way was cool seeing these cracked open, thanks for sharing!
With each box costing $105.84 (but you paid $85 each for a total of $255), the total pull (according to TCGPlayer as of December 18th, 2020) was $209.50. Rares and Mythics made up $198.98 of it, while the remaining $10.52 consisted of bulk (Commons and Uncommons). The most expensive card was the borderless Stoneforge Mystic ($42.07), followed by the borderless Sword of Light and Shadow ($32.58) as well as the Blightsteel Colossal ($31.04). All prices were calculated using the Near Mint condition. If you had kept all the cards, as of today you would be $55.50 short of your original investment.

Funny how MtG is one of those hobbies where people expect to make money from what they've put into it, rather than just consider it a sunk cost🤷♂️

weird, the boxes are foil but they dont seem bent. so wotc can actually make foilage that ISNT bent? wonder why they cant get it done with their cards though

Double masters is kind of a rip off, if I wanted 2 rares, I would just buy 2 packs. Just my opinion tho

Love your channel please don't waste your money on VIP, this is just Wizzards being greedy and milking their costumers. It's unbelievable and unless you get a Mana Cript or a Force of will you'll probably be loosing money.
