Its cool, you did a flip with an artists room, i actually recently did a flip also with an artists room, although mine wasn't as neat and tidy, and i used bold colours on my walls plus a really bright rug, i tried to make it look artsy messy. yours looks so much nicer.
I just sold it ^^, is it the same house? I'm not sure if it allows you to sell them on every home, whenever I've tried it's just been a simple sell with the sell tool. You could try reloading the game, maybe it's just a little bug. Hope you manage to sell it! ^^
Why do you have to put a window behind the bed? Such a wide bed is never placed in such a narrow space and of course a bed is never placed against the same wall where there is a window.

This is the beauty of games of course, you can use your imagination and there is no problem with having a bed wherever you want to place it. :)
