Chef Christoffer finally! It’s so enjoyable to see his cooking skills (esp the onion chopping) in the spacious kitchen. He is such a clean and tidy chef; always cleaning up and keeping stuff away on the go. I find that therapeutic. Is he typically like that? To more cooking segment with Christoffer and more Scandinavian recipes! Always looking forward to your videos!!

I’m always interested in what other people eat in different parts of the world, especially during winter months (I’m from a landlocked province in Canada, so we get some cold and snowy winters with few good items for produce). We're having an interesting time of it with what we will be eating this winter in the UK! We have massive issues with a shortage of people to drive our lorries. There are warnings of possible shortages of Christmas food. The 48% of British people who voted in the referendum to remain in the European Union are very unimpressed.

Well done Christoffer! I am a chef for my living, and I applaud anyone who has the type of talent you showed in this video. Not a bunch of meaningless chatter, but some damn good tips at preparing butter-fried cod with pan seared green beans and pureed cauliflower. What an excellent meal!

My favorite cod I cook with breadcrumbs sprinkled on top of cod then add shaved almonds on top. Bake in oven until done crumbs and almonds are a little toasty. Great with lemon salt ,pepper or butter. Delicious!!!

I like that machine blender thing it's quite the unique all in 1 it's called the Thermomix TM6 by Vorwerk and here in Canada it costs after taxes close to $2500 !!!! WOWOWOWOW expensive.

My dog also LOVES towels. He's a Golden Retriever and loves all things water but I think that he enjoys being toweled off even more haha.

Hi Cecilia! I found your channel not too long ago and am bingeing my way through your videos. I love your happy and bubbly personality and how Christoffer balances that with his steady calm. Svalbard sure seems like an absolutely breathtaking place to be. Because of you, it's now on my bucket list.
