Can you please tell that the BIG4 you are talking about in the video is the "BIG4 company" or any "partnership firm" affiliated to big 4?? Because how can a company have partners at the management level? And if they are at the partner position in BIG4 company, then is "partner" just a name of the position or they are really like partners of a partnership firm and in that case, do they need to hold COP as well like CA partners in practice?? Or they are managers at the position named "partner"?

big 4 are not companies, the consulting and advisory arms are, the big 4 audit firms are in LLP form only
Partner is a position in Big4. Not just big4 it's a position in many companies.
