It has to be a high compliment that several commenters here thought these were actual episodes of the Animated Series! The quality is certainly equivalent!
I remember watching this animated show when I was a kid back in the 70's. This was a very adult show, although it was animated. It touched on a lot of topics that were very sensitive. This show was way ahead of it's time.
This is good stuff! I’ve always hoped paramount would take the two TOS Star Trek Games (star Trek 25th anniversary and judgment rites) and used the recorded dialogue from that to make animated episodes. There’s tons of material there that could be used with everybody from the cast and there’s like 6 episodes per game? It would be so amazing and a wonderful final goodbye. There’s tons of fans that have probably never played them so it would be new Star Trek for them! This is very well done and I enjoyed it very much. Many thanks
I've been binging Sealab 2021 recently and it has made it INCREDIBLY hard to take any of these seriously. Like, I'm expecting a gag to slap me upside the head at any minute.
"Something's rotten in Denmark." "I fail to see how the situation with the courier ship relates to conditions in a small nation within the Nordic region of Earth."
Don't let them know you are from outer space or have higher technology. Don't be conspicuous. So let's beam down WITH A FREAKING CAT WOMAN IN A MINISKIRT!
It's very well done. The only thing I don't like is the "Kirk" character always seems to be whispering. He doesn't sound at all like a captain issuing orders. He doesn't need to shout, but he does need to sound like he's in charge.
Wow, so many things wrong here: 1) Landing party - Why send a doctor and a helmsman to look for radio transmissions? M'Ress is the only member that makes any sense; then again, why didn't Kirk and Spock go along (following usual ST tradition). Also, since this is a pre-industrial civilization, showing up wearing Star Fleet (the proper form) uniforms and opening using advanced tech is clearly in violation of GO1. 2) Replicators? No such thing existed in that time period.
Shouldn't the native have thought they looked weird at best? The humans didn't look like the natives, and they brought a cat-person with them. I doubt there would be any people that look like them on the planet.
I hate to bring this up but the culture of this planet is mentioned in this episode to be pre-Industeral and to have Sulu,Bones and M'Ress beam down to the planet in there Starfleet uniforms they would have go incognito because that would of raised questions with the halfwit they spoke to while they were on the away mission 2:49 Because that is a violation of the Prime Directive.
sorry i was working myself though some spychological issues at the time when i did that i just changed all the upper case letters back to lower case thank you for point that out :D

The show looks great could use a few voice actors other than one or two people but a you're on a limited budget I understand I'm impressed with the show . If possible maybe you can add yeoman Rand to upcoming episodes you never got the respect she deserved on the original show
It's not bad, nice job. . I think with some more work it can even be better. The problem is where are you going to find good talent without paying for it. ...... It's too bad the old Filmation cartoon didn't have that many episodes. I thought it was too short....... Those were the days. ......Growing up and watching the Star Trek cartoon on Saturdays on NBC. It's suppose it reminds me of my younger days.
Probably deliberately so to attract more male adolescent viewers the same way Seven of Nine did in Voyager almost 25 years later. Meanwhile I will skip the obvious jokes about 'pussy'.
What happened to the voices that should have had Shatner Nimoy the voices also where are the continuing episodes it ends with this one with no resolution please send number 3
Folks this episode is a fan made, brand new story, using some of the same images from the 70s filmation series. The voices are different because the original cast never recorded any of these lines.
Why you messing with a pre-warp civilization? Seriously, why are you casually messing with a pre-warp civilization? Asking for a friend in the Starfleet Judge Advocate General's office.
🖖😎👍Very cool and just as nicely greatly wonderfully well done as part 1 indeed Sir!👌.

Yes, though the voice acting could be improved, imo. But, in time, the differences should be slight. I wonder if CGI might be used? Just a thought.
The animation is spot on, but the voices gave it away.
There are only 22 episodes of the original Startrek animated series, And I myself have the complete Series on DVD 📀!.
I always loved m'ress she is one awesome cat girl and lieutenant of Starfleet.
So, who has a crush on the "Lion Girl''? That voice.
M'ress. A Caitan. Voiced originally by Majel Barret. 🤓😎🖖🏻
These are just so cool and I'm 52 now love cartoons specially 60s and 70s 🍀💖😎👌

Cultural wandalism at it's finest, Keptin! And our own rules got us tied over a barrel!
M'ress by far is the beauty queen of Star Trek.
Meow! 😁
Fucking furry

More scenes of M'ress must be done.
LOL Spock is versed in Shakespeare, he would have recognized Kirk's reference.

Nice work. If not for the voice acting I would have thought this was missing episode from the series.
thanks. i love animated trek. we need more

M'Ress IS HOT!!!!
furry.
More like a cute overcised cat
hell yeah!!!
Yeah, in hindsight pairing short skirts with tails could lead to... Awkward situations.
Majel Roddenberry's "purr" used turn me on as a 8 years watching this on NBC! LOL! I could never figure why I couldn't take my eyes off of her!

Absolutely loving these episodes. Thanks to the creator for all their hard work. :)
I like this new original animated Star Trek episode.
It's very well done. The only thing I don't like is the "Kirk" character always seems to be whispering. He doesn't sound at all like a captain issuing orders. He doesn't need to shout, but he does need to sound like he's in charge.

There were a very few brief mentions of replicators in TOS.
Why isn't the landing party dressed in native garb ? They standout too much ! Even holographic projections would help camouflage who they really are !
Shouldn't the native have thought they looked weird at best? The humans didn't look like the natives, and they brought a cat-person with them. I doubt there would be any people that look like them on the planet.
C-Beams off the shoulder of Orion and the CHDannhauser gate!

Another great story. However, why didn't the inhabitants get freaked out by the landing party body and facial features (especially M'Ress)?
Maybe the planet had a thriving cosplay community and mistook our heroes for that lot.
🤦♂️
I'm not sure if this is good yet. But it is kind of interesting.....
Everyone sounds slightly stoned hahaha
The voice of "Catalina" (I call her - whats her Show name?) is as unsettling as an alien voice should be.

This has a feel of '' Chariots of the Gods ''..or '' Ancient Aliens '' .lol
Is that a descendant of Obama working in Engineering with Scotty? This certainly has the Filmation quality down pat.
That is Lt. Gabler who appeared in a number of animated STAR TREK episodes.
@@CHDanhauser He does resemble Obama though.

Yes because I recall almost the entire TOS cast did the voices for this except for maybe Checkov.

I was wondering the same thing to!
There's no violation of the prime directive...
What happened to the original voices of the actors who helped make these cartoons?
These animations were fan-made from 2009-2016 by me. I had no access to the original actors several of which have since passed away.

Prime directive violations 😢,,,,,
Hmm! I wonder - a surreptitious cover up..
