    Thanks to respect the time and intelligence of the viewers by not showing the 100 times Steven wash is hands..we all know how handle chicken. we here for the cooking techniques...

    Two salt slab is too expensive for the back yard cook. I’ll use a clean brick wrapped in aluminum foil. Its just expensive too just for chickens on the grill.

      Those slabs are just cleaned with warm water and a sponge, then used over and over again. I don't "scrub" mine, you just want the bulk of the oily residue - enough so that you leave it to dry, come back several hours later and then store the block in a clean place. I've done this maybe 10X? The block is totally usable again.
      But yeah, the initial cost is $35-$100 depending on how big they are. If you can get 10 cooks out of one though that's $4-$10 each meal.

    Sir your favourite and buy ur books and tried somany receipes and learned lot from you sir I am now intrested to start small burger shop so I need little help sir. Please solve me sir.
    I have an idea using marinations as buger base sauce and rubs as flavour it will work out sir
