That's actually a nice looking "rugged" phone. I'm sure the phone is made of plastic but I can dig that these companies are using that shiny matte type plastic on the back. It looks just as good as glass in my opinion.
Thanks for reviewing rugged phones and budget phones for those of us who aren’t really into the top tier phones. Specs on paper are somewhat . But what’s the ACTUAL user experience? Can you SEE the screen? Can you perform the basic tasks that the intended user performs? Does it survive the conditions as advertised? Is it a good value for the price. Of course it won’t compare favorably to a pixel 6, I phone 13, or Samsung S21. But it’s not supposed to. Likewise You don’t compare a Corolla to an S series Mercedes.
I pre-ordered the Bison X10 pro version. I have no issues with a 720p screen. Typing this review on my Umidigi X. I'm curious to compare my current 720p AMOLED vs. their LCD 720P. Bought the pro as a backup. The back on the X10 pro is rubber and not matte finish. Should receive it in a couple weeks.
Great review. It would be interesting to compare the X10 with another rugged phone with the same processor and similar specs, the Doogee s86 pro. Which has a HUGE 8500mA battery. It’s less stylish looks more like the Bison pro. But interesting nonetheless.
I love the bison pro I have except 1 drop to the bamboo floor and camera screen cracked, really need a screen protector for that otherwise well worth the money
OK so I've had mine for a month or so, dropped it God only knows how many times now and to be perfectly honest the only issue is that cracked rear camera screen, I've looked & there is still no screen protector available, as far as functionality everything I can do on my Galaxy Series phone I can do on it. sometimes it's even faster than the galaxy phone I've got So yeah I would totally recommend it for anybody because when you drop it outside on concrete and it survives it's a good phone!!
Nice phone review jay. For me I look at how long I can keep a phone Last phone I had was the LG V20 I loved that phone I just got me a new phone last year only because the screen started going out on it and I was having to charge it twice a day sometimes more. But hey I got the Motorola edge 5g for $300 on a BestBuy deal so I think I did good and I'm happy with the phone.
I'm really hoping to see a review video on the umidigi GT2 phone. The phone's been up for a while now but there have been zero actual Hands-On reviews. I was going to order it but I think I will get the Samsung Galaxy a53 instead
Umidigi doesn't care about you after you bought the phone. You don't get updates and customer service is terrible. I used Umidigi s3 pro and bison 2020 they both had issues with software eventually. Also the camera software is garbage. The phone itself is nice but the lack of software or security updates makes it a terrible phone to have in the long run.
Thank you some one that know what umidigi is like. I have the umidigi power 3 and it has a Dum amount of bugs and had hard were problems like the speaker will sound like a radio and that the camera is really laggy no matter the lighting conditions are and that the microphone will stop working for no apparent reason.
just ordered mine. i just have 2 questions haha, can I use it under the sea or salt water? and can I charge it with 20 watt charger? 10 watt takes a little too long to charge lol
Even with a 10 watt charger the phone will only charge with 10 watt if thats the maxium whic the phone is capaple of. Water protection is not for salt water, it will break the phone.
@@asoparty5257 thank you very much. However after a few weeks my bison is actin a bit weird. It is stuck with 100% battery soooo i dont know when to charge it lol i ask umidigi about it and they just told me to restore sa device. I'll probably try that one if these days
Well is not to good here in USA, I have one and got issues with WiFi connections very unstable and attempting to connect with your data carrier, and their support is bad that can't have really a support that need for fixing it
Any cons my power 3 and the only problem I had was that the audio would go to trash til I made a call but other than that it was a great phone I guess not as good of a processor as a top tier but I'm not playing games on my phone so it was plenty
I am very unhappy with Umidigi. Though the Umidigi Bison x10 boasts incredible specs for a decent price, it was the macro 5 mp features that ultimately swayed me to choose the Umidigi Bison x10. But sadly this feature has been a huge disappointment. I bought a Umidigi Bison X10 5 months ago because of all the good reviews. By now we know 5-star reviews are mostly paid for or fabricated. Besides the X10 disappointing camera features, I also experience problems with the sound and most recently the failure of the fingerprint sensor unit. When I researched online, I discovered that this is a common occurrence. The warranty is also a big turn-off. Clearly, there is a problem with BISON X10 and they should recall the whole series. The failure of sensors and other parts on new phones is ridiculous. It is better to have a less rigid phone and drop it than to have a rigid phone that can not function under normal use. Though Umidigi offers a ONE-year warranty they settle with the warranty offered by their resellers instead. Talk about getting knocked off by Umidigi and friends. On the scale of rip-offs, this is a huge 10X fail.
Great review and I love my phone it's my second ......🤯why u ask well I dropped my phone dozens of times off roof ladders ran it over with my truck thought it was indestructible!!!! One day my girlfriend decided to ick up my 🦬 and no joke dropped it on pea gravel from 3 ft and wouldn't ya know it she shattered the screen .... Poor girl dumb luck I guess 🤣 but for sure 🦬 line it awesome 10 stars

as a brand user i'm glad there are reviews up. quality ones like this too
The Bison X10 is a good looking cellphone! 👍
I would recommend it especially for bikers looking for an affordable navigation device.
Great phones. Umidigi makes good products just don't expect ANY security updates.
I rock an LG phone so I'm used to it 😂
@@a1m598 what happened to the power 3?

Can video be recorded using the wide angle camera? Thanks
Great review!
My Bison x10 came with a serious battery issue. Can't charge, the percentage indicator doesn't move. I am so unhappy...:-(

Which would you advise a friend to buy the regular bison pro or the bison X10 pro?
Bang for the buck! 🔥👍😎
About the 4 icons I think you can use another launcher and change that
This is great!!!!!!!!! I want this phone!!!!!!!!!!!!
🤔, this thing seems very impressive.

I just saw it. I’m very intrigued.
does it need both sims to work?

Will there be a Android 12?

P60 is good. Probably better than G80 🙂
