Such an informative video. Love seeing these 3 yr Olds being trained with love and patience and caring. Princess Eefje will always be a favorite...the daughter of a queen...now a mama herself!😘💗
This is a great way to train horses. Taking time for them to get used to things and not rushing it. I'm here today to watch old vlogs I have missed. I found this channel during the Queen 👑Uniek and Rising Star 🌟 bonding. Yvonne I hope your recovery is going well. Take the time to heal. We are still hear supporting you and these beautiful horses. Be Safe Take Care ♥ Praying 🙏 for you.
This reminded me of a beautiful silver colored Shetland pony the owner took in. Her family was going to put her down because she lost an eye in an accident. We trained her in almost the same way so she could give pony rides to children. What a sweetheart she was. She loved the children and took special care with them. Fond memories. 🌿🌹🌿
It is absolutely astounding to me how calm, trusting and willing your Friesians are! That you can start them at age 3 and they learn so much in so little time - fantastic!
I'm always so impressed with the trust your horses give, it shows the love they receive. Thank you the videos make my insomnia bearable and remind me of childhood memories of black beauty. Thank you
This is the way my 2 foals(3yr olds) were started in a round pen. They were wonderfully started and backed. Every time I put the bridle on my mare, I always said thank you , John", because even after layoffs, she accepted the bit sweetly!🎉
This part 2 training video was also interesting to watch. Thanks for the whole series Yvonne. Take care and heal well with the love and support of your family and friends.👨👩👦👦🥰👍🏻🙋🏻♀
These beauties are so calm and gentle and trusting. It is a beautiful sight to see. Thank you for being such wonderful caregivers to these incredible animals. We are so lucky to share our lives with animals ....they give such love when treated correctly and kindly and you all do exactly that. It brings tears of joy to my eyes.. ❤
I love how you aren't using pain as a motivator! As someone who's studied how humans and animals learn, I can assure you that this is the best way! Using pain is not as effective and will only lead a horse to become fearful and mean due to a lack of trust.
In my opinion, because Friesian Horses are generally very even tempered and trusting when handled with kindness and a relaxed handler, they seem to want to please their instructor more than rebel against what the are being asked to do. A quiet, relaxed atmosphere is very good for them.💕💕💕💕
I love how you train your horses. So gentle. You ask, and don't force them. You can tell these horses have lots of confidence and are well loved. Thank you for sharing with us. =)
Jetzt sehe ich gut den Unterschied zwischen den älteren Pferden und den Anfängern. Es ist viel Arbeit und Zeitaufwand, ein Pferd gut auszubilden und es entspannt reiten und fahren zu können.
I loved watching the training! I really appreciate the explanations of why you do what you do, and how this benefits the horse! ❤️❤️❤️ Love and best wishes to everyone there! Wonderful horses you train and develop. ❤️❤️❤️
Yvonne and the two trainers are experienced and know their job well, the three year old horses are quiet, calm and trust you and the ladies to train, take care of and handle them quietly and gentle with the horses
Your training looks very kind and gentle and not rushed...the horses seem so happy! You do a wonderful job! I love friesians and yours are just gorgeous!
The young ones are treated with kindness and want to please their trainers. Friesian Horses have such talent and majestic bearing. So much strength and yet a gentle heart.💕💕💕
The horses know that you understand them by how you handle them; thus the trust. There is no real love or trust without understanding. thank you for the respect you give these beautiful, SWEET animals! 🙏
Thank you for sharing - these backing videos are wonderful! I also follow a TH-cam channel from a woman in England who backs the horses she personally rides. She doesn’t use a surcingle with strings to teach them the correct head position - instead she has trained them to respond to the voice command “Head Down.” It’s very interesting because she talks to the horse while she’s riding, telling it what to do and it listens and responds immediately. One of the commands is “Foot,” which tells the horse to be careful of uneven, rocky ground where it could stumble or fall. You will be happy to hear that one of her horses is a Friesian.
I really like that you said training varies by Country. Because the way I was taught to train, is a bit different, but I also use a lot of similar ways that you do. And you shouldn't judge anyones means of training unless it hurts the horse and I love watching you train because it is so calm and you always have the horses best interest in mind. I love your channel.
I enjoy learning your techniques it’s a lot of psychology plays a big part in the training thus reducing stress on the horse and the trainer. You ladies are awesome.
You are so knowledgeable about the horses. What I find the most interesting is when you tell us what the horse is feeling by their behavior. It is wonderful that I can learn while watching such beautiful horses. Thank you so much for sharing.
Sehr gute Arbeit😊weiter so❤😊 The same way with dogs😊 Nicht "action", sondern "stadyness", entspannte Ruhe mit innerer Achtsamkeit, ist gemeinsam zu erarbeiten. Dafür hat sich diese, Mensch zuvor zu erarbeiten.😊, was leider😢 viel zu oft vergessen wird!
I just love your approach. I love how it's a nice easy progression giving the horses time to adapt and think it through. I love seeing all the positive touch when a job done well.
Dear Yvonne 💐, ❣Get well soon!We miss you 💕!We love ❤ your channel 💙!God bless you 🙏 💖 and your family 🌻!Love and blessings💗 to your Friesian Team 🌱 🙏 🌹!💫🎀yours fans@HongKong 💌
Oh thats my dream to own my own horse. My grandad always promised he'd buy me one, but sadly he died before he had chance but hey he's watching me from heaven and he'd be so proud I'm riding again even if its after 38 years!!!!!!
Another wonderful series of videos Yvonne, very lovely to see your colleagues work with Eefje, Elbrich & Frieda with a calm, gentle yet firm hand & all 3 respond well to them. There’s absolute trust & a relationship there which says how well you take care of them, they do what is asked because the have good relationships & bonds with you all & that’s wonderful to see! One learns something every day & these vids are a good example very informative & interesting so as usual, Thank you so much for sharing♥️♥️
I am so enjoying watching how you train your Friesians. Good that you made the point, that different countries and continents use different training methods. Your patient training methods is a credit to your stables, your horses are magnificent. I can not say enough how I love the Friesian temperament, besides the fact that they are stunning. Thank you ❣️
Eefje naturally brings her hind legs nicely beneath her, I can see her carrying her weight beautifully already. I'm rewatching older videos, as I'm just so sad about Uniek & Star, but am overjoyed at the same time that she has a little newborn KWPN foal to be a foster Mom to. I think I cried half the night, my poor husband was getting worried about me! Hugs & kisses to Uniek, and my condolences to you Yvonne and everybody at Stal Goëngamieden.❤️
I am so happy to see how you care for these beautiful horses and they learn fast.when an animal is loved they will love and trust you and will do anything to please you. You are good people. 🥰❤️❤️❤️
They are such beautiful strong horses. They trust you all so much as you are always handling them from when they are born. You are really lovely people and treat your horse with love and kindness. Love this channel. Thank you for your awesome videos 💞💞💞🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
These magnificent creatures, touch my soul. They are an amazing breed. Your gentle, knowledgeable training is brilliant. My grandfather was an veterinarian, specializing in equine medicine. He also bred and trained thoroughbreds. A very different temperament from the Friesians. He used similar techniques. His horses were always calm and trusting.
I appreciate how Yvonne shows us the training and care of the horses. Sending love and prayers for her healing and full recovery. 💞💗🙏
💖🍀🐞
This is a very kind, patient and gentle way of training a horse.
Stay strong Yvonne, pray for your fast & fully recovery. My lovely 5yrs old mare Princess Eefje, she beutie like her mem Queen👑Uniek.
Such an informative video. Love seeing these 3 yr Olds being trained with love and patience and caring. Princess Eefje will always be a favorite...the daughter of a queen...now a mama herself!😘💗

The horses learn very quickly and are eager to do so. They are very intelligent and so amazing. I just love the horses.
Beautiful and calm the way they should be.

So much to learn what the horses are telling you. Had NO IDEA. Thank you for pointing that out. Bedankt voor alle imformatio en leringen. 😊😊

Very exciting experience for the youngsters. Great, how calm they behave and how willingly they cooperate. 👌☺️
Parts 1 and 2 are very interesting. I enjoyed it a lot.
Thank you!
Interesting…..to us looks simple but I’m sure it takes a lot of time and patience for both you and the horses! Thanks Yvonne
I like the way you train the horses slow and steady. Not aggressive or mean.
I love how you aren't using pain as a motivator! As someone who's studied how humans and animals learn, I can assure you that this is the best way! Using pain is not as effective and will only lead a horse to become fearful and mean due to a lack of trust.
Step by step is a good way for them to learn. Braaf! 💜
So wonderful. Great training on these beautiful fillies.
Awesome training, love, repetition and care are the best way to train a horse💖
She is so graceful and gorgeous❤
I really enjoy watching the process of training the young horses.❤❤❤😊
I could watch your horses move all day long.

Fascinating to watch the thoughtful work done at Stal G. with the youngsters. 😊👍
So cool, they get lots of attention this way. I see how just a little time with training is better than a long time.
your methods of training are wonderful. you can tell that the horses are in contact with you and they are not afraid and very trusting
Watching because I love the videos and in support.

Hi, that seems very interesting! Can you tell me the name of the channel ? :)
Great video as always
I really enjoyed your training video. I'm going to watch the rest of them. Your training method is gentle and effective.

Each horse has it's own personality and your trainers make the most out of the strong points as the training continues❤❤❤

Yes the training videos I will watch many times.❤❤👍👍⭐⭐⭐
I found these training videos very interesting.
Really enjoyed watching this. Lovely horses.
This is the result of careful, gradual training, I know - but it is also very clear that Friesians are not at all skittish. What a great temperament!
So amazing to see the training.
wonderful to watch. soft, gentle, consequent training with good results. well done
Because they’ve always been treated with love and respect, the training goes easier!
Exactly the way we broke our youngsters at my fathers stud, it’s kind and calm and works most all of the time
Terrific 📷 video.T.U for sharing 🐴🐎✅🌎🙌
Yes the horses are doing really well and learning quickly in a quiet and calm way

Thank you. A complicated process. I enjoy learned about it. These horses are truly wonderful.
these girls really understand horses, very experienced...they are so calm when training...
Yeah because if they weren’t calm the horses would be jittery
I just love your approach. I love how it's a nice easy progression giving the horses time to adapt and think it through. I love seeing all the positive touch when a job done well.
