Of course it's a loss, and of course there is grief, at no matter what stage of the pregnancy you have a miscarriage. But I don't think anyone would ever deny that having to go through the birthing process brings a whole load of other stuff into the equation, and I'm humbled by your response to this. Bless you, Laura. xx

I’m a huge believer in CBT ...... Personal struggles come from within ( past or present traumas, our brains are still trying to piece together for our PEACE ) I myself had no clue my past was hindering my future. CBT organised by my GP ,helped me rid my brain of the trash it wouldn’t let go of . The last 9 years have been so much brighter , and I’m back living my life again . Our brains like other parts of our bodies sometimes need either tender loving care or help to fix it . Hand on heart please give it a go 💐

I finally have my gorgeous rainbow baby boy Harry after having two miscarriages last year. I wish I had been able to watch this video a year ago when I was in such anguish. Beautifully articulated that no matter how early in the pregnancy you are it is always a terrible grief. Definitely not spoken about enough and left me feeling very isolated. Thankyou for talking about this! I also took great comfort in your HTSM podcast on miscarriage too xxx love a silent sub

Thank you so much to the both of you.
For answering my question and giving your Opinions and Advice.
    I appreciate it.❤
My Son is definitely coming from a Place of Love and Care.
But yes Mark it does stress me out sometimes.
    As he can be persistent.
I know he doesn’t mean too be.
And it’s just because he wants me to have Fun and more of a Life.
I know I need to speak to him more over this.
So he does realise, it’s how I actually feel.
And that I am not young anymore, like himself.
    And I have complications.
I am happy being at Home with my Cat and all the things that make me Comfortable.
I only really ever think about wanting to go out more, when the nice weather is about.
I do get my Son though.
    As before I became Disabled.
He saw I was more active and went out more with Friends.
But he has to realise things have changed, but so have I.
    I think your right Nadia.
May be I should try and jot it down in a letter.
In case I don’t get everything out, I want to say and explain.
Thanks once again to you both.😘

Nad's & Mark, you have both said so many truths. I'm a bit of both of you, I'm distracted like Nad's, but due to childhood trauma (well not trauma more extreme parental bonkers life) I remember going through a neighbours rubbish at 5 yrs old, she had thrown lots of her daughters toys away (same age as me) and I was so excited as they were amazing to me, so I kept them even the broken ones. Same now (apart from I don't go through peoples bins anymore). Thank you for this. I'm going to talk to my boys about it. Loves you both ❤️❤️❤️ xxx

I do that with starting one thing then do another but I suffer from the izams as we call it in aa I have to get back in my program (12steps) to get myself back on track .. I'm also one that never wants to throw anything away and my house seems to be getting smaller and it stops me from having anyone around my house so isolate myself.

For the sorting out lady, watch Stacey Solomans sort your life out. You’ll be inspired! Get the kids to take the donations stuff to the charity shops. Slow and steady wins the race! I also recommend buying a couple of ‘not sure’ boxes for those maybe keep bits and bobs. For sorting at a later date. Xx

Such A Good Stream Thank You So Much...As With Regards To So-called "ADHD" Nadia... I've Survived For Years Without Necessarily Excepting That "label"... It's All To Do With High Cortisol Levels And Liver Function.. Liver..Gut...Brain.. Health... Frequency.. Look Up Solfeggio Channel Every Variation Of Pain Is A Frequency ✨ Love To You All🤗💖✨🙏🌄

    • @eireannbullimore7763
      @eireannbullimore7763 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Please stop spreading misinformation. ADHD is a neurological disorder and some people really do need medical help to deal with the fact that their brain is structured differently and their hormones are out of whack. A sleeping and stress lowering frequency channel is not going to cure that.
If you don't feel you need meds, fine but don't try and bully others into denying medical science by promoting these frequencies as a cure to all ills. Your claim is untested, unproven, stereotyping, harmful bullshit.
