    Not sure if I’ve mentioned this in a different comment on another video, but i enjoy your content because you have similar mods to mine and im currently in the middle of the tuning process with Ryan too, the closer you can relate to people with the same car it will definitely get you more viewers, keep up the work!

    If you have an Ecoboost, What tune are you guys running?!

    • @marcusmitchell1149
      @marcusmitchell1149 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Congratulations. I went ecoboom back in December and max boost was 25-27 psi. Got the car back and asked Ryan for a conservative tune. Now I'm maxing 21-22 psi to be safe. Because of increased power change spark plugs every 4-5k and make sure they stay gapped at 0.28. Misfires are the enemy to our engines. Also if you haven't already consider changing the charge pipe clamps that connects to the intercooler to "T" bolt clamps. They are stronger. With the increased power the factory clamps pop off. I haven't had an issue since changing them.

      I have a 2021 2.3L High Performance Package Mustang so mine has the beefier block and cylinder head, I have the Cobb Stage 2 93 octane tune for the HPP engine on mine. I have a Roush closed lid cold air intake with MAP Street Intercooler.
      The Roush closed lid cold air intake works very well with the MAP Street Intercooler and I see intake air temperatures routinely of 2 degrees above ambient air temperature and even 1 degree above ambient air temperature. I have even seen ambient air temperature a hand full of times.

  • @mustangecoboosthpp3869
    @mustangecoboosthpp3869 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Butt Dyno's are not very accurate, what needs to be done is real data comparing the stock tune to the Cobb tunes to the Paid tune. From what I have researched those who have paid for tunes that actually did compare real data said the paid tunes and Cobb tunes were pretty even. Again butt dyno's are not very accurate.

    • @daily_driven
      @daily_driven  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Definitely agree! I’m just giving my impressions as we go through the process. Once we are done with the tuning process I’m going to get the car on a Dyno and see what power numbers we are making. I probably won’t run the Cobb tunes or stock file on the dyno as that would be a lot of testing but that would be the most comprehensive test.

    3 days? Hell I've been waiting 13 months (and 3 more to go) before my Ecoboost High Performance gets delivered. Yeah down here in Australia the supply chain sucks. A tune will be in the future for mine as well.
