If you want that cost to be spread to other ordered items so that the stocked cost of the items is the total cost (e.g. inclusive of any additional service), mark it as "Pro-rate". If you do this all the time, create a Standard service, so that your end-user can pick it from the list without having to worry about what name they have to put in, or whether they should tick on "pro-rate" or not
