    Thanks mate. Couple a questions I’ve not heard you cover. When looking up companies how is it some companies have been around for years and not be dormant and have no accounts filed? I started a business in my part time and it’s grown, how do I move to a operating model so I can employ someone to take on the day to day and not worry about them stealing everything I have built? My set up is working from storage currently I can’t afford to move in to rented premises cause the overheads are to high. Final question is how do you validate the services you are paying for from suppliers ? Eg cost, efficiency, trust finding other vendors

    Hi Shaf, another question i have for you is, if i buy a small retail sort of unit for 375 square feet. how do i approach the top established companies like Pizza Hut or Costa Coffee? Ive learnt from you asset management like this is an ideal way to generate wealth? Thanks

    Great video & channel, Love it! I know you have answered the question about BTL mortgages, being interest only. Does this also apply to commercial mortgages, as traditionally arent a lot of commercial property mortgages on repayment ? If your commercial mortgages are interest only then whats your long term plan to pay them down/off?

    Hi Shaf. Great vid as usual 👌. Question, I'm looking to start a ltd company for the purpose of buying then flipping residential property with cash as a loan to begin with. I intend to use this company to then provide a 2nd business with funds from the first, to brrr on both residential and commercial property. Also to then purchase large scale commercial property with the sole intention of sale to lease. Would it be better to conduct all business under the first, or split the company's up and form under a parent company? I know you're doing a video regarding company structure moving forward, so hopefully you could cover this? 😀 Cheers Shaf

    Hi Shaf, in future videos could you possibly comment on the various legal responsibilities involved in being a BTL landlord please? Maybe even have someone from a property letting agency as a guest? Covering factors such as; rental agreements, tenants rights, landlord rights, deposit collation and segregation etc etc. Love the videos, thank you very much for taking time out of your busy schedule to do them

    My question is:
    I’m potentially looking in to buying a residential mobile home park.
    What l would like to know is what is your views on residential mobile home parks what are the pros and cons of owning and operating . Are they a good investment for rental

    Hi Shaf I have 2 btls I’m 21 and want to get into commercial property. After doing some research is the following the most tax efficient manner: own BTLs in ltd company and commercial property in LLp. Prop co op co structure allowing you to benefit from capital allowances and invest in commercial through ssips and ssas pension schemes.

    Firstly, thank you and your guest speakers for the excellent FREE content to date, it has been invaluable. Q: How much do you realistically think you need to get started in commercial property to recycle your cash (I.e. either buy/option, asset manage somehow, sell/rent) given typically commercial is more expensive to purchase, higher professional fees and interest rates, lower LTVs so more money down, finance is harder to get (especially for new entrants and if property is vacant), narrow use classifications and more risk they’ll sit empty for long periods unlike residential. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Shaf, when first starting out, are flats a good option or is it best to stick to houses, i do understand that flats will be leasehold and have communal charges but are they something that should be considered?
