All I did was put my complete trust in God and was healed! That was almost 40 years ago and I am cancer free! Fear weakens your immune system! Do not allow fear take control over you. Anita, I agree with what you are saying. I meditate daily and have been talking to Jesus since I was 6 years old. Jesus came to earth to teach us how to love ourselves and love others without judgement. He said, do not judge lest you be judged.¨ We will never have enough information about anyone to judge them. We can only judge behavior and whether or not we can stand destructive behavior in our lives. Sometimes we have to let go of people who are bent on hurting us. I also agree with spending time in nature, meditating and listening to music. I ask Jesus to guide my life every day. I have had so many experiences where my life was saved by calling on Jesus, or someone else´s life was saved by calling on Jesus.
In one situation, I woke up from a deep sleep at 2:50 in the morning with the words telling me to ¨go to the kitchen¨. I sat up in bed, looked at the clock and thought that I must have been dreaming. I tried to go back to sleep, but these words kept getting larger in size in my mind. I finally was fully awake. I looked at the clock and it was 3:10. I was irritated and got up went into the kitchen and said, ¨why am I standing in my kitchen at 3 in the morning! What is going on?¨ The next words I saw in my mind were ¨pull the stove away from the wall.¨ I proceeded to do this and then saw the extension cord between my gas stove and the wall socket was on fire. There was a blue fire that started in the middle of the cord and was traveling toward the stove on one side and the wall on the other. I yanked the cord from the wall and got a shock in my left arm. I simultaneously pulled the cord from the stove and threw it in the sink. The cord was burning right up to the socket and the stove. Had I not paid attention, there would likely have been an explosion and I would likely have died. I said, ¨Jesus is this you?¨ I went to my room laid down and cried, saying thank you so much. I have had other circumstances similar to this where I said to Jesus ¨I should have been killed¨ and the words came to me ¨you listen¨.
God is love. We all are love. Sometimes, we listen to other people who do not recognize this in themselves and others, but insist on competing, hurting and out of total ignorance and arrogance try to destroy others to prove themselves more powerful. Power comes from love. Unless you love yourself, you cannot love God or anyone else. That is what we are here to learn.
Thank you for this . I am new breaking away from organized religion . What Anita said and what you said made my soul sing . A dear cousin told me higher self is new age centered around self love . It hurt my heart . I used to be so mean to myself . Now that I truly love me , my life is beautiful . I have so much love to give . I feel lost on this journey sometimes when I hear the things my cousin said . I’m new to Anitas videos . I haven’t heard her talk of Jesus or God very often . I want to know all of her message is of God . I believe it is , but then I feel confused again.

Can you please do a video on animals, and how they fit into all of this? For example, we supposedly choose to come here and experience all of the emotions - good and bad. What about them? So many animals suffer on this planet due to horrible humans. Did they choose that as well? I think you also said that we see our pets again, and I've seen that on other channels. I know I'm not the only one who you have helped and guided so much the last couple of years in your sweet gentle ways. It has taken me a long time to start loving myself more,and I still find it hard! I was brought up in a very religious home, and I was heavily indoctrinated with, if I wasn't good or didn't have a faith in God, I was going to hell!! Imagine that being taught to a little child and how much it affects your life!! Thankfully I became friends with someone who had a very different way of looking at life, and has helped me so much to heal myself by "retraining my brain!" I love that we are never to old to learn, I am the same age as you Anita, july 1959! But I am so much happier now than I was in my younger years. Thank you so much for your continued wisdom and love.

Exactly. I was 'taught' (Belief) Christianity, which I never connected too. The use of fear to get me to believe was just too much. NDE's: I believe (Knowing) in life after death as seen from the NDE narrative. The day I heard my first NDE, I KNEW. I know even more, after 22 years. Thanks Anita.

Wow! Thank You for the many messages you brought to us through this Episode! I have only recently found just how deep my Self Loathing goes. My Self-Love has been gutted year after year and it's really just about A Year or 2 that I have consciously felt that lack of Self-Love or better said become aware of how much this Self-loathing has effected my life. I am in an almost constant state of Fear and Worry....
I have a Psychiatrist that has me on 8 different medications and I feel they are slowly taking more and more of "Myself" away....

Thank you so much. I am going to watch this again. I have always known, that I didn’t fit in with mainstream - & the label of ‘old soul’ & INFJ-A personality, seems to resonate with me, I have always been sensitive, empathic & discerning. I have been blessed, by the lord, as some have said. In pursuing self discovery, I have been exploring beliefs, particularly the Christian faith & Jesus. Who is God & what is God? Do we know? I be it is something we feel, rather than what we know. Lately, I have been feeling fear & confused - exactly what you have been saying, Anita. I have been researching too much & I also acknowledge, that I am currently in a state of grief, as my beloved wife, of 32 years, died in August 21, after the journey of Alzheimers/dementia. I cared for her full time, for over four years. However, maybe I am looking for closure & I recognise that maintaining a sense of peace & calm, would be the best avenue to pursue - away from the clutter & babble. One of the things I have learnt, to clear the space, is to repeat to myself, that ‘I am nothing’ ‘I am nothing’ ‘I am nothing’ - it’s surprisingly powerful, particularly when you actually realise, that; in fact, ‘I am everything’ It’s like a reset, realigning the Chanel for your own individual truth & self empowerment.
About death….I am fearful of a painful, physical, violent death, but not death itself, if that makes sense. When I think of death, I think of sleep. Hardly any of us are frightened of going to bed every night to sleep, in fact, we welcome it as a luxury to switch off from this matrix. When we are asleep, we are not aware, or can feel that we are in our bodies. This is what death is, to me.

Thank you for your constant messages of love! What is also super confusing is when your "higher self" and "intuition" gets things objectively wrong. That's when the real challenge hits in life. There are so many times I thought my "intuition" was telling me something was true, when I later found out that it was actually not objectively true. Tough topic on so many levels. I would be interested to hear your thoughts on how "intuition" is not always a reliable source of truth or how we can think our "higher self" is telling us something is true, when, in fact, we find out it is not true. This is a very, very real thing that those of us exiting out of harmful, high-demand religious belief systems and toxic forms of law of attraction are reckoning with. And the answer has not been to try to connect to your higher self harder and more. We have been burned way, way, way too much to trust that. :( I keep coming back to hear you speak simply because you are just so loving and that's what I find feels the best right now. Love and only love. Would love to hear your thoughts on this. Love you!!!!!

Hi Anita, thanks for sharing all this. This is soooo important messages. One thing I want to mention, I have friends that imagining stuff but we are all sure it's in their head, but they are sure it's a messages. Sometimes it can also be imagination/delusion. Normally, what I say to them is " wait to see if it happens, then you will know if it was just delusion (imagination) or a true message from the other side ".
I really love how you can explain things so clearly and easy to understand. 😊As we continue to purify our intentions on the path of seeking the truth of self, the universe and the creator, our truth will continue to evolve. Like looking at the same thing from different dimensions gives your different truth but that doesn’t dismiss the validity of any truth. That’s my belief. ❤️

Hi Anita. Regarding Truths & Belief's. Your core is about Love. It's all of ours, I hope. Mine is Fear and how it works against love. The old adage: 'The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled, was that he didn't exist.' I don't believe this to be true. The great trick EVER pulled, was in Religion that the Devil, DID EXIST! In my eyes, heart and soul. Fear is counter/opposite to love and one of the fundamental reasons why humanity is where we are today. It's not Sin. It's fear!
