My NEIGHBORS yard was INSANELY OUT OF CONTROL so I GAVE THEM A MOWER after cutting it for FREE

As far as the job goes I may not have put this out because it was close to the house i lived in at the time. I cleaned up the lawn, power washed the driveway...I have no idea where that video is lol. somewhere I guess but if I find it I will post it for you as well. I also hired a neighbor down the block that does fence repair to replace the neighbors fence that was down. if I had to take a guess as to when this video was bad I would say April of 2023. Even though its a little older I hope that you enjoy the video all the same. If you do be sure to let me know I have a bunch of videos from 2022 and 2023 that I never posted. That was shortly after I found the person that was deceased and I was pretty depressed at the time. I did keep working but when it came to posting the video I would shut down. If you have been a viewer from way back then I just want to thank you for sticking around, It really means a lot to me that you were still a supporter as I took the time to mentally recover from that. I know I don't have the same pep in my step but I am sure with time I will be back to who I was, just a little more prepared for things that may come.

When we were a young married couple with two little kids, my husband started a new job in Arkansas that kept him traveling a lot. We were poor but found a rental house we could afford in a nice neighborhood. We had no lawnmower (nor living room furniture either!), and when the grass in the front yard began to grow, I took out my large scissors and sat on the ground and began to cut the grass by hand. I’ll never forget the nice neighbor who must have seen me and brought over her mower and cut it for me. I was so grateful! So I can imagine how people feel when receiving a helping hand from you!

Kevin, you probably don't remember but I'm the one (I assume the only one lol) that told you that you and my son could be twins a while back. You and him look just alike down to the beard, except he's 6'3 😘 You are an awesome human being, your entire family are gems in this world! I have missed seeing you post videos, so I'm glad you are posting these older ones now, and now I realize why you didn't post for a while. shortly before I saw one of your videos for the first time a couple years ago I had bought 2 acres, well only one acre of grass, and got a zero turn mower. I watched you handle those mowers and learned a lot from you on the "tricks" of the "extra" uses for those mowers, like moving heavy items out of the way (mostly to my fire pit), dragging trees to fire pit etc. Thank you dear sweet Kevin for being the awesome soul that you are!! A new Hustler Mower would be heaven sent for me. I am using a 25 year old Toro riding mower with no power assist. Turning it is really hard for this 70 plus year old to drive.

Thank you for the work you do, as someone who is now over the age of 65, and has worked many years in a nursing home, you are a god send to those who are no longer able to keep up with their yards wither due to being handy cap or elderly or just fell on hard times, many have to move out because they cant take care of their homes anymore. Again thank you.

Been thinking about getting me a zero turn mower. One of the joys I get out of life is mowing acres for neighbors at no charge, but there is a limit on what I am able to do with a tractor and 6' brush hog. The finer details can't get done with that size of a mower and tractor. At 71 I realize that the finer detailing using a weed eater is beginning to kick my butt. LOL. Great job Kevin. Love the attention to detail and your heart to do what you do. It is kind of satisfying to help those who otherwise would have to cut into their finances to get it done.
I may not have the means or physically able to do what you do, my friend, but I'm sure that there are people out that appreciate what you do for them. Kindness is a universal thing. We all need to share the love when we can.

It's so sad to see that backyard so neglected because the family had fallen on hard times. You can tell that the family had much fun and joy by the tiki torches and the pools and everything. So nice of you to go clean that yard up for them. Hopefully, now that is a couple years later, things have improved for them and they are enjoying their backyard again.
Kevin, you have them equipment and I really don't think a push mower would have gotten through that I love that you help your neighbors. I mowed my neighbors yard and weed whacked it because they're military & in college so they're very busy. 😊❤ keep spreading your kindness!
