Re apple fabric. make a onesie for the baby and use 2 apples cut out like applique, add a leaf looking bit with it. make him a pair of short coveralls or shorts and shirt. make them in any solid or bright stripes. make a square pocket in center of shirt with the apple and stitch around it in red or green. put a smaller pockey on his bottoms on the side front and stitch it too, all little boys loive poking things in pockets, make a little cross body bag fior yourself. all 3 can go to the park looking smart.

I’m a bit late in watching, but was thinking for the apple fabric, what about the jarrah sweater? Lovely fabrics you’ve picked up. Love the colour of that denim xx
Thanks Karen 💖 I love the apple 🍏 fabric there’s so many choices of things I could make with it I’m unsure what to do! Just cut out the peach denim as a skirt xx

Ooh is your Adrienne blouse made from a woven?
It’s made from a viscose jersey it’s got a nice amount of drape to it xx
Do you have any advice on finding time to sew during maternity leave?
I try and fit in sewing in nap times, in between making dinner or in the evening depending when my children are asleep or my husband is around. In the past I’ve got up earlier too to sew a project I really wanted to do before everyone else is awake but that doesn’t happen at the moment as I’m up in the night 🙈☺️
