Born 1990. First vinyl at 3 was Oingo Boingo. Literally been my favorite band since the womb (my mum would play OB at me constantly). Danny Elfman as Squeezit is going to be joining my Tim Burton sleeve as those two are the pinnacle of perfection.
In the Boingo Alive version of No Spill Blood he hits an absolutely beautiful high note when he repeats ‘to the house of pain’ and it goes so hard every single time
You should get back to him now with his new album. His vocal range has shifted down somewhat. He says he can no longer hit certain high notes but can hit lower notes than you have here.
@@mmiimw50360 And his voice changed in the fifteen years spanned in this video. It ranges from 27 year old Danny’s falsetto to 42 year old Danny’s vocal fry which makes his range seem wider than it ever was at any one time.
Sometimes when I get bored I sing one of my favorite songs (always either Oingo Boingo or The Beach Boys, usually Oingo Boingo) and I’ll just get mad and stop singing because of how shit it sounds compared to the original 😭😭😭 I’ve stopped trying to be as good as Danny (because it’s genuinely not possible) and instead have been trying to be as good as I myself can be! I’m slowly improving, but I could only dream of being this good…
He is my vocal idol for sure. I know he doesn't wanna be idolized, but the dude is just so INCREDIBLY talented, it's hard not to.
Understood. I love the man’s voice, and it did my heart so much good to hear that he made another album not too long ago. He’s still got it.
I wish I had this mans voice, the talent, the RANGE
Kiss-Horváth Ferenc BRUH WHAT
hehe, I wish I could fly, too :)
@SaintBonifacesStrongestSoldier I would pick Bruce Dickinson of Iron Maiden.
OH GOD HE IS BONEJANGLES HE IS SO GOOD
my voice has a burr in it from trying and failing to sing along with these songs as a teen.

Danny Elfman played Satan, btw.
Squeezit was Matthew Bright...

This is like the millionth video I've found you under if there's a oingo boingo video you've commented under it 😂
Easily On par with freddy mercury, just wasnt as mainstream and recognized
Oh how do i wish these two could have got together atleast once.
@@CZ-Perfected OH GOD IMAGINE WAAAA 😵💫
I think I like Danny Elfman way more than Freddie Mercury
What a voice! 🖤
Thank you so much for making this 😍😍🥰. I wanted to explore Danny's Oingo Boingo days and had no idea where to start 💐💐🌠🙏🏻
Flesh N Blood isn't in this video I think, but it's one of his best vocal performances ever
