  • As a requested video I run through my 20 + fishing outfits and what I use them for. I do a short talk about the outfit and what species I chase with it as well as the techniques I use with each outfit. I hope this helps you to choose your next fishing outfit.

    Hey mate I met you at a fishing shop today and brought a sounder, thanks for all your tips mate ,your knowledge got me onto 2 jew last Saturday night..winter used to just mean tailor for me now I'm borderline obsessed with targeting jewy ...once again thanks for providing your lifetime of fishing wisdom ,it's little things I was doing wrong now I'm growing in confidence...you're the man mate👌👌

    Hey Shannon, really interesting thanks for taking the time to film mate. Just keen to hear your opinion on mono vs braid for float lining. I'm looking for maximum versatility out of a new reel and considering a daiwa lexa - thinknig it could be used for big swimbaits (for flathead and impoundment cod), inshore jigging and heavy duty live baiting (with big live pike etc). I was thinking about buying a second spool to spool up with mono as I'd been told that float lining for snapper was vastly more effective with mono, is that true? If braid does the job well it would be very handy. Thanks again mate!

      Hi Alex I mainly use braid when float lining for Snapper. I do use mono as well on my baitrunners but I find braid a lot better. I will do a video on this later in August.
