Thank you, Mike for your Vlogmas series. My wife and I are currently in Costa Rica on a construction project and won’t be back home for another 9 months so we will miss the holidays with family and friends. We have no decorations and not even a cookie sheet to make some cookies here. So we don’t have much Christmas spirit and your series is bringing us a bit of holiday spirit from back home. Thank you so much and a very Meery Christmas to you, Jane and Chloe.0
Enjoy seeing your neighbourhood and bike shops + Maisie spotting squirrels (my golden retriever has a hatred of them too…and cats! In fact anything small and furry !)🇬🇧
The St. John's bridge was designed by the same designer of the Golden gate Bridge. Where you were first standing in the park, is the sight of the first ever plywood mill. Right where the water department is now.
Mike, I enjoyed the video. Had to be a heart breaker to find no chocolate! Nice tour down to the river front. Maybe the sun will show itself soon. RIDE SAFE OUT THERE!
You’re very lucky to live in such a beautiful place. Royal Enfield are producing some lovely bikes, a wide variety of styles and trendy colour schemes.
In my top ten bike fantasy garage I’ve deliberately picked at least one two stroke and one side valve engine, that way I can drink coffee in any café ! One of my top ten four stroke bikes is featured in this video, the Moto Morini 3 1/2 Sport ! 🇬🇧
Hello Mike, see Maisie is getting less screen time, she looks so cute and cuddly. Good to the Enfields making an appearance I was tempted by the hunter, still saving the pennies and maybe one day! Enjoying the vlogmas nice to the sights of Portland. Your looking so relaxed now your retired bet Jane is fed up of you already 😂
Great to see some Royal Enfields on the channel especially the 650 twins ,would love to watch your ride review and first ride impressions of the Royal Enfield 650s and Classic 350 comparing it to the vintage Nortons which you regularly ride by an expert himself. Cheers
Coffee variations: Stroke = espresso Stroker = americano 2-Stroke = double espresso Arsene = macchiato Coca = Capuccino Weed = tea In my coffeebar „di ago“ there wouldn‘t be anything other than: stroke, stroker, 2 or 4 strokes, lightweight (short pull), normal (normal), senior (full/long pull), and then cylinders (cups) 1,2,3,4,5,6, oversquare (gluehwein), square (licor in coffee), undersquare (strong schnaps in coffee). TT (absinth no coffee, either you fly or you don‘t). No milk, no fridge, just water, booz and coffee grind and brews, no beer, we keep it healthy. Food, a egg-muffin in the morning, first free as they disappear, big pot of fresh dish of the day (motha‘s finest), at table-flamed chorizo at the evenings. Served by enthusiastic mechanics working on their bikes, all pre-60s, so take your time and chill as they will do, too. But unfortunately while it will never be a success, it won‘t even have a chance - not existing.
Bought my Interceptor 650, June 2019, it’s brilliant for the riding I do. I know it has no real connection to the original Interceptors & is a different animal to the Brit bikes you have, but I feel it is a modern interpretation of them. Picked up some cans of Boddingtons, although these days it’s just a brand name used by one of massive brewers & hasn’t been made at the brewery in Manchester for years.
The Indians at Royal Enfield do a better job with their bikes than those at Jaguar. 😂 Oh yes, before my Interceptor I was also the proud owner of a Morini three and a half.🤩
The Bsa Bantam was the best little bike to ride around on shopping other biker were villers engined 2Ts were francis barnett and james T2 and T4 villers engine 250s twin now Norton did two lightweights the 250cc Jubilee and 350cc twin Navigator and that my next project
Very interesting seeing around you local area, Thanks
What a lovely little classic bike that Moto Morini 3 1/2 Sport is !!

Yes, I echo what all your other viewers say. It's especially interesting looking round where you live - feel like I'm visiting with you.
I remember being told that the famous Golden Gate Bridge of San Fransisco was modeled after the St. John's bridge. Thanks for the tour.
The Peugeot BB sport, a whole era for the apprentice biker ! Was sold in France with low "ace bars" option .😉
Thanks for the tour Mike, 👍
