    Hi, Ammad. The minimum requirement to claim points for Work Experience is three (3) years? If I am not wrong your video says 8 (eight) years, please guide?
    Secondly, what documents are required to validate your work experience? Looking forward to your response, thank you.

    • @MuhammadAmmadYounas
      @MuhammadAmmadYounas  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey brother, actually you may have heard wrong. I have mentioned the maximum work experience is 8 years that will give you 15 points straight away, and the minimum work experience is 3 years.
      You require salary slips of your previous and current companies you’ve worked in, bank statements, tax deduction certificates, FBR tax returns, EOBI statements, etc. All these documents must be aligned with your starting period and ending period of your work tenure.
      I hope this helps!
      Good luck!

    What's the difference in assessment processes cdr and washington accord. Do we need to provide something like CDR report in washington accord pathay?

      The accords are assessment pathways which doesn’t require you to prepare 3 career/project/work related reports. However, the CDR requires you to prepare these reports and is mandatory for submission to EA.

You can directly upload your documents in EA Portal for skill assessment as your degree is accredited under Washington Accord.

    Is it necessary to apply for relevant skilled employment in Engineers Australia application to claim points for your work experience.
    Or you can just get degree assessed by Engineers Australia, and give required documents while filling EOI to claim points for your work experience

    • @MuhammadAmmadYounas
      @MuhammadAmmadYounas  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, it’s very essential and 1st step for claiming education and work experience points altogether, after you get the positive skills assessment, you can lodge your EOI and mention the EA application ID/reference for processing your application.
      The claimed points you get after skills assessment from EA will be evaluated for 189, 190, 491, 191, 485 visas.

    • @MuhammadAmmadYounas

If the case officer requires more information then it maybe your tax certificates, Old Age benefit certificates, engineering council certificate from your country (if you’re claiming Washington Accord) otherwise CDR pathway would require CDR episodes in relation to your university projects or work experience/career.

      Well that’s because you’ve already studied from Australia and that’s adequate to qualify your English language requirement. The cover letter is basically your part of application in which you’ll describe your skill assessment outcome preference whether it would be engineering technologist or professional engineer and your requested profession under the ANZSCO code of skill occupation list (SOL). For example, ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - ANZSCO (233311). EA will review and evaluate your application documents based on your education and work experience, and share the final outcome with you.

    Very informative and great video. Nice one sir. I have a Masters from an accredited university in the Washington accord but my Bachelors not accredited. Masters in Petroleum Engineering, Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. My work experience as a Production Engineer. Can i go through the Washington accord and access as a Production or Mechanical Engineer?

    • @MuhammadAmmadYounas
      @MuhammadAmmadYounas  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Well the given limited options you have I suggest you have to get your skill assessment in Masters from WA and then if and if you can align your work tasks/description as petroleum engineer from your employer then you can proceed for skill assessment related to work experience not as production engineer as your work must be aligned with your study. Hence currently you can only proceed with your Master level assessment, the other choice you have is to do CDR and get your skill assessment in the bachelors level along with your work experience as production engineer in the mechanical field.
      I hope it helps!

To obtain chartered status, do i need to gain few years Australian Work expereince ? Actually brother, you must have degree with the relevant experience in the same field, as you have done Bachelors of Technology in Electronics and communication engineering, the 3 year experience must go along with degree to claim extra 5 points, not the other way around.
      You can simply proceed with your degree assessment excluding the work experience as software engineer under WA.

      Brother, the universities which are only signatories to Washington/Sydney/Dublin Accord require students to apply directly as per the EA criteria. If you have provisionally-accredited qualification from all of the above mentioned countries where universities are not mentioned as signatories including Australia, you need to apply through the competency demonstration report (CDR) assessment pathway. In this case, your knowledge, skills and competency are assessed against internationally benchmarked factors.
      Moreover, you don’t specifically require PEC registered engineer title to apply for migration skills assessment in Engineers Australia.

    AoA
    I'm a bit confused about the skill assessment forum. I've got a BS in Electrical (Computer) Engineering with a focus on computer subjects, along with 1-2 electrical power subjects. Also, completed MS in Electrical Engineering with a major in the electrical domain.
    My work experience spans over 6 years, all in the IT domain.
    Any suggestions on whether I should go for ACS or Engineers Australia?
    Thanks in advance for your guidance!

      You need to have 2 assessment bodies to have your degree assessed. For BS you require ACS and for MS, you need EA for skill assessment.

      Brother if you have accredited qualification from Washington accord or any of the listed accords in EA, then you don’t need CDR pathway.

      @@MuhammadZeeshan-tp1hz CDR pathway requirement is for those candidates who doesn’t have accredited qualification. The mentioned accords doesn’t require any CDR. CDR is only required if you have received positive income and then you want to proceed to stage 2 as an a chartered engineer.

      Experience isn’t necessary for 491 visa but you need to have at least 50 points with skills assessment and require competent English level (6 bands in each 4 modules) to be eligible.

    What if experience and job doesn't match ?😊

    • @MuhammadAmmadYounas
      @MuhammadAmmadYounas  ปีที่แล้ว

      You won’t get work related experience points. You must have relevant job and work experience in the relevant field/course/major to avail the points, otherwise only academic qualification will be counted towards positive skill assessment from EA.
      I hope it helps!
