I've ditched the idea of securing services of an agency and just DIY the process, and I think creating a CDR and hence securing a positive skills assessment is one of the most difficult and daunting step. What i can do about this below comments from Australia engineer Although you did not apply for the relevant skilled employment, as this Career Episode was based on a work project, you are requested to provide a Reference letter/Certificate of employment from the employer (on official company letterhead, stating your title/position, duties, commencement and termination dates of employment, signed and dated by your supervisor) to evident the project or the work experience. I have identified inconsistency on the project duration of your project between your career episode and employment duration in your CV. Please explain and clarify.
