Hi, there is simply no substitute for simply buckling down and studying. Approaching your study with knowing the purpose of the law will help you understand the concepts. When asked a question, be responsive by not adding nor assuming facts not stated and by sticking to the issue. Good luck!

Yes, but what works for one may not necessarily work for others. Try out different styles to find which works for you. What can help is identifying how you learn best whether as a visual, auditory, even tactile learner. Regardless, ultimately and at the very least, you will still have to read your course materials.

Hello. If you are a law student, Timoteo Aquino or Cesar Villanueva are really good choices, both by Rex Bookstore, if im not mistaken. If youre a college student, as far as i know, de leon hasnt released a book on the revised corp code yet, but his old book is still fine, just study it side by side with the newer law and take note of the differences. David robert aquino also has a simplified book, but i find it to be very much lacking, better off studying de leon instead, even if it isnt updated. Of course, you can use the law books, or inquire at bookstores. There may be new books which i am not aware of, especially since i rarely go out due to the pandemic

It means exactly what it means under any normal dictionary. You can look it up. Incompatible = not compatible. Have contradicting or overlapping functions. Well, previously, the only books available were by David Robert Aquino (Central Bookstore) and the very thin one by Timoteo Aquino (Rex Bookstore). If you get the first one, medyo pwede na yun, but it isn't that complete. The second one would have been better, but it just talks about the changes in the new law. So you have to supplement it with a commentary on the old law like De Leon, and just read the two together.
However, I saw a post recently that Timoteo Aquino released a thicker commentary on the RCC, but it's for law students. If you're an accounting student, you can get that, mag tiyaga ka lang sa pagbasa because law books are thicker than the ones I see regular accounting students use. But I haven't seen the actual book in person yet.

Naisip ko na gawing public ito para makatulong sa iba din na studyante na nahihirapan sa online learning ngayon. Nasa Inggles po ang mga lesson dahil ang batas ay nasa Inggles at ang mga exam sa school, board, at Bar ay nasa Inggles din.
Pasensya na po at wala na akong oras gumawa ng tagalog version dahil hindi po ito pangunahing trabaho ko. Ubos po ang oras ko sa pagiging abogado. Mga lesson lang po ito ng mga studyante ko na ginawa ko po na mapanood ng iba din studyante sa ibang panig ng Pilipinas.
Siguro po sa distant future, pag may oras po ako, baka mapag isipan ko gumawa ng second version. Pero malabo po ito, kaya pasensya na.
