    @jeleelabas9594 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

    Prof Wole Soyinka, you have prepared for your burial. But have you prepared for your eternity? Where do you go from here?
    No. Everybody is not headed for the same "future" as you claim. You are not just body. You are spirit, soul abd body. Your body decays and turns to the soil after your spirt-soul depart from that body. It is that separation of spirit-soul from the body that is called death. Once the spirt-soul leave the body at death, you can't control where your spirit-soul goes.
    You make a choice of where your spirit-soul will go by your choice of your relationship with Jesus Christ. Your conviction to the contrary does not change that fact.
    You still have the chance to make that choice while you still have life in you.
    When Jesus Christ was dying, there were two convicted armed robbers crucified with him - one on the right and the other on His left. One was moving Jesus. The one on the right rebuked his sin partner for such insolence. He asked Jesus to remember him in His kingdom.
    Jesus did not say anything to the thief who was abusing Him. He didn't even condemn him. He knew the thief had chosen his path after death. Jesus only spoke with the thief on the right, "Today, thou shalt be with me in Paradise", and He died. That robber was on his way to Hell if he had died without Christ. But his confession and request to Jesus made Him to have eternal life.
    The other thief didn't go to Hell just because he was a sinner. He went to Hell because he had a last opportunity of salvation but chose to die in his sins.
    I plead with Prof Soyinka to use the opportunity he has to still be alive at 90 to think again about his relationship with Jesus Christ. His choice will determine his future after leaving the body.
    I have read probably all your books and plays and poems as at 1986. I have explored your mind and intelligence through your literary. I appreciate your literary prowess. May God still give you good health to see more days (even though you say you don't believe in God).
    Happy birthday.

      See how people are talking with respect here, now compare with your response? children of hate...he didn't stop you from endorsing your candidate Peter Obi in the last election, is it a crime that Soyinka endorses Bola Tinubu as president? This is how your tribe keeps spoiling Nigeria's name in South Africa and they think it's the whole of Nigeria.

    • @jimifash
      @jimifash 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I've lost count of how many times he told everyone who was listening that he did his best to even talk Bola Tinubu out of running for president; just so he could let the younger generation assume that mantle. But Bola Tinubu refused. Regardless of the fact that they've been friends for years now.
      If Bola Tinubu ran for president and became one, how's that is his problem if he has to call, visit or chat with Bola Tinubu? How's that his problem if Bola Tinubu is not doing well as a president?
      And in any case, must an Igbo man be the president?
