if the FS meter ever becomes legal, i think characters like Cloud and Little Mac are going to be top tier because they have two bars to fill with strong moves. also, has anyone confirmed Bayo's FS again? in the trailers, they only showed that she just uses gomorrah right away instead of slowing time first.
I feel like the Falcon player has had a good amount of experience and the pace of Ultimate kinda threw his timing off of moves off. Good thing in my opinion

Cloud is the same as Smash 4 but nerfed a bit. Limit only last 15 seconds and Limit cross slash doesn't kill as early. There is footage of Kirby living Limit cross slash at 90%+ becides that hes pretty much the same. Just nerfed Limit
