I have sailed into Refuge cove for over 30 years with first my sons and in the last year with my two young Grandchildren. Thanks to your adventure spirit, I find I need to go back to explore some of the hidden gems I have yet to explore. Keep up your adventures, looks like fun. SV Skoiern IV
Yes, it looks the same with FAR MORE moorings, the big change is you can't eat the oysters off the rocks as the water is polluted by the affluent from some of the boats. @@SailingNoRegrets
Birds are rarely a problem for drones, if they are there we won't fly or get down away ASAP. If a rotor hits an obstacle (ie bird) the motor cuts IMMEDIATELY, rotors fold, and it falls from the sky. No owner wants a $2k drone ditching into the sea. After being in Tasmania with about 60% a no fly area with rarely a bird seen, I do get a little frustrated.

Refuge Cove 30 years ago would have felt like a very remote location

@johnmajewski1065 very sad to think some are doing that. We did a trip out to sea to empty ours, it's just pure laziness
can't fly drones as there are many wedge tail and sea eagles that next and they fly into them
