E175 - First Adventures Aboard No Regrets 2!
Join us as we prepare for our first adventure aboard No Regrets 2! We make a quick stop at the Makro Supermarket for some last-minute provisioning before setting off. We’re still finding our groove which is clearly displayed with our lines all over the place, but we manage to mark our reef positions and sail to a beautiful nearby island for our first solo anchoring.
To capture the moment, we launch the drone and showcase the stunning anchorage we’ve chosen. It’s the perfect start to life aboard our new Seawind 1370. Come along for the ride and share in the excitement of this maiden voyage!

Looking good. Cheers R & K
Thank you! Cheers! Hopefully we can all catch up next year
Away you go 🎉
Thanks guys..
do you ever put the drone up , if you have one , to check for crocs , sharks ect before going for a swim ?
yes, but in Thailand the fishing is fairly poor as everything is fished out, therefore no sharks, and there are no crocodiles as it is definitely too populated
@@SailingNoRegrets , I would still shit myself !! 555555
@@SailingNoRegrets I case you didn't know in thailand language the number 5 is pronounced HAA so to laugh people put 5555555
how come one hardly ever sees a boat with bum guns ? one would think less storage used and more hygienic
We considered and decided against getting them, although I am planning on adding them now
@@SailingNoRegrets , good move IMO I just got back to OZ after 2 mths just down the road from where your rig was , I was at Bang Saray , 10 minutes south of your boat harbour/marina . I bought one back with me cheaper to buy there than OZ ...... imagine all the extra space you will have as Date Rolls can take up a lot of room , I would be putting one at every toilet just in case you have guests or crew
Lovely cove. Enjoy
Fair travels you two ! ❤ from 🇨🇦 BC
Bon voyage, prend soin de toi.
And your off to a good start, I’m like a parrot on your shoulder… ❤🎉 Enjoy

magic. thanks for shareing.
Greetings from South Africa
Nice one congrats looking forward to the new adventures cheers
Thanks 👍 we're heading back to Thailand in real time in 1 week and then heading out to explore and show a bit more
Nice one guys, fun times!
❤ congratulations, good luck out there, 👍😊🌏🐬
Thank you! Exciting times ahead
Very nice Chris - brings back a few memories.
Awesome!!! So much room for so many bags of stuff!
You got that right!
Really exciting to see you on your 1370 and fascinated to see the next video of you sailing.
We have a couple of days sailing (in what wind we could find) coming soon
congrats from your SSC neighbour. hope to see you out on the seas one day …. and eventually .. after many forthcoming adventures .. back in QLD. i would say “fair winds” .. but coming from me, more appropriately… burn diesel! ..cheers
Burn baby burn perhaps after the election?? We haven't found much wind in our first week aboard, hopefully we will find some soon!
Congratulations guys! 😊
Congratulations guys. I am looking forward to your next adventures in your new boat. I have a 1370 on my bucket list. 😂
Congrats. Think I'm as excited as you both to see you onboard
Looking forward to your new adventures. Would you eventually head back to OZ?
Eventually, but really just seeing where the wind blows at the moment
🎉🎉👍🏻👍🏻
Congrats! So excited for the both of you. Let the adventures begin! 🥂
The boat looks great, congratulations guys. Stay safe y'all. 👍🏻💕🐾
V cool
I love that they have a thingy keeping the bugs off the bugs!!!
Lol, there must be different quality bugs, but I'm highly unlikely to become a connoisseur!
Took me back 17 years when we were stocking SCARLETT for the first time! I couldn’t believe how much stuff we had to pack away and how the boat gobbled it all up. We would be a tonne or two lighter, I’m sure, if I threw off all the things I don’t use and even more if I throw out the things I do use. 😅
Nice episode guys. PS I caught up with the new owner of No Regrets 1 the other day!
Lovely couple, we keep in contact with them regularly
Wow ,,,amazingly beautiful,,,thanks for sharing.
Top stuff guys! 😊
Congratulations guys!
Thanks Trev, the adventures begin again starting in Thailand!
Beautiful 👍🏻
@PAINFOOL13 our latest video shows the launch, next video almost released is handover!
Great to see you exploring the lakes! Glad you took notice of the power lines, someone hit them last month and took the power out for a couple of days before they got the generators going!
Oh, that is not good at all. We try to pay lots of attention to overhead powerlines but we have been caught out once when we didn't notice and had passed underneath. Everything was OK, but gave us a scare.
I live here in Pattaya outskirts, I would go shopping (food) in Makro, Friendship or Foodland, If you still here I could help you out?
Thank you for your kind offer. We actually did go to Makro just a couple of days ago, great place to shop.
that is called a Baht Bus ...... a Tuk-Tuk is the 3 wheeled m/cycle with a cover over
Dont buy those cheap plumbing stuff....its wont last long.....
Thanks for the tip
Looking good guys.
She's lovely, we're very happy with her
Still in Thailand? Are you planning to sail back to Australia from here. Cheers from Siracha.
Yes still in Thailand, we are only 2 weeks behind in TH-cam time to real time. We will hang around OMYC until January, then head off, possibly Phuket region and then look at possible options
@SailingNoRegrets that's great. I would be glad to meet with you. I go quite often to Ocean Marina. If you want a traditional thai massage, don't hesitate to drop by at my girlfriend's shop Ann Wellness Sriracha. Hope to see you around.
Exciting 😊
Looks great guys....i noticed you checked the forestay split pin....🤣🤣🤣
She's bloody beautiful guys. We're looking forward to seeing her in the flesh. Cheers Rob & Karen

Thank you!
thanks for sharing. Super interesting
That place is insane.
It is amazing, the white water rapids just incredible
So how long was the build time, from order to launch?
About 10 months from commencement of build to launch, and they're gearing up production with improvements
@@SailingNoRegrets thanks. I hope you are enjoying your new boat.
Today was first day of handover, she's lovely
@@SailingNoRegrets congratulations. What i have seen of her, she looks awesome.
