The thing that makes me love Nightcord, aside from the story, is their songs, especially the instrumentals. I don’t know why, but all the instrumentals in Nightcord’s songs have this effect on me (I don’t want to sound dramatic 😭, but they're truly amazing). Especially Ena’s event songs- they’re incredible, particularly Nomad.
So real for Lower. The lower instrumental is what fully HOOKED me into exploring the game properly. I was just shocked hearing it for the first time when casually scrolling through the event stories in late November 2022. I froze and was captivated so much, I was desperate to know where it was from.
the ingame instrumental is kinda mid compared to the actual instrumental surii intended i think, the last chorus MASSIVELY changes the entire vibe with extra strings 😢 still so pissed at sega for shortening the song wrong

Mizu5 brought back many old fans, brought new ones, gave the Niigo fans more interest, got Bake no Hana to 2M views in under a week, made theories on characters like Akito and Rui's reactions, probably one of the best received events in prsk history (Besides the people saying Mizuki is a crossdresser for some reason), and is probably my personal favourite event ever.

The amount of time i would spend checking my position in the rankings and seeing how much further the top 100 were from me, with this song playing in the background. Also made me fall in love with the instrumental for Stage of Sekai from PFIW, since finally seeing a different event and hearing different instrumentals after tiering made that song feel like I had just crossed a finish line at the end of a marathon and was being congratulated for my efforts.
