    What is anxiety and what can you do about it. If you can understand these things you are much more likely to do all the things that are recommended to reduce anxiety, like breathing exercises and meditation.

    This is so informative. The car 2ms away on the road does actually spark my anxiety when I can't see the cars behind me and I try to battle with myself to not walk on the other side of the road. 😮
