      Also it’s not like improving infrastructure is a huge priority in America. South Korea invests so heavily into their infrastructure, they had free 5G wifi in their subways like 10 years ago and I remember being amazed I was getting such hi speed service. • @ashonline77
      @ashonline77 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      its not even about not buying it but you also literally can't because you won't find any deodrants in shops since most of the population don't smell when they sweat therefore there is no market/demand for the product. You could probably buy it online if you need it though.

    The parking lot method is the same way in Japan. Your car goes down or up and stored with the other cars. I wish we had that parking lot tech here in America but if we did, it would probably be breaking down all the time and constantly getting maintenance because of a jam from a oversized car getting stuck LMAO. In Korea and Japan, you can already tell that they are way ahead when it comes to maintenance and making sure nothing is wrong.

    • @gaysfortrump2024
      @gaysfortrump2024 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      i mean as jo said it's probably because america is a much larger country compared to south korea. cities are more spread out, plus higher percent of people driving cars. so a regular parking garage made of concrete can do the job well enough for a lot cheaper. i can only see these types of car elevators be practical in densely packed cities where the land they save makes up for the additional cost of making and maintaining them.

    • @mossbogger8366
      @mossbogger8366 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      cars in america are practical, almost a necessity to get around. what we see in seoul and tokoyo is mostly an infrastructure that is built and maintained for entitled rich brats who want to flex on everyone with their overpriced luxury car that has almost no practical value in this condensed metro regions. there are a few places similar to that in america but no where to the extremes you see it in hugely wealthy asian cities... taipei for example the streets are filled every weekend with traffic jams of extremely rich luxurious cars...

    • @notechb0ss2.05
      @notechb0ss2.05 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We do have it in America. Used one in Houston the other day. We just don't build as many of them because it's way easier to slap a parking lot down on the abundance of land. Wish we did though because all the parking lots ruin the potential beauty of so many cities.

    I’d just like to put out there. If your earwax is flaky and not waxy that is a sign that you have the genetic marker that keeps you from smelling when you sweat. Legit a real genetic trait, and not just Koreans… though more so on the Asian end of things

    • @ghostbravo7127
      @ghostbravo7127 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Yup, the ABCC11 gene is present in most people but many Asians have c.538G>A single-nucleotide polymorphism which basically results in an non functional ABCC11 gene but it is a recessive trait so you need both parents passing down the trait. It is really great mutation to have for men, there is basically no risks, all benefit. In some women there is a minor risk of cancer (breast if I remember right) but even that is only some women and it isn't exactly proven. Once cosmetic gene modification becomes common, I'm sure that is one people are going to want to deactivate.

Made it to the end and that answered some questions but there's no shot that just has 2 cars on each level with (what would have to be) like 200 levels at least, depending on the place!
