How close are we to getting Orally taken insulin and Auto insulin that potentially could be injected once per week?
I hope they would work on finding a cure instead of new medications!

I’m 69 and have had type 1 for 50+years. I would love to have an islelet cell transplant while I’m still alive!

Why can't they turn you cells into stem cells then make them ilots so no immunosuppression is needed?
