Serge is a very positive and interesting person. All his tutorials are very informative, light and professional. I like his nice french accent but still a very well spoken English. Bravo!!
I gotta say Serge, you're the best french youtube channel about photography. I especially love this format of video where you show both the post processing and the actual shoot
Serge, as always, does an outstanding job. He is my favorite photographer and instructor, this video is a must see for all Lightroom users, Thanks Serge,
I guess im randomly asking but does anyone know a trick to log back into an instagram account?? I was stupid lost my login password. I love any help you can offer me.
I love what you do with the photos and that you share your experience and knowledge with newbies like me. I started to play with photography to run away from my routine (and office life) and relax in the nature. Your videos helped me to define myself and find my own style in photo retouching which really makes the effect :) Thanks !
My favourite tutorial for a while Serge, thanks for sharing. I grew up in "the beautiful, the incroyable, city of Paris, France..." Well actually in Saint Germain en Laye but who is counting! I have not been back for some years now and I miss it every day.
I'm a beginner photographer and after watch your video, I think I know something what call "art" in photography, and the powerful of Lightrom software. Thanks for video, waiting your next videos!
Aloha Serge, even though this vlog was from 5 years ago, I'm getting so much out of watching you work your process on your photos. No matter if B/W or color. Very helpful. Thanks so much!
Instant subscribe from me. I dont personally agree with all of your edits, but I love your confidence in them. And, as is true with most good tutorials, you have made me reconsider some of my own process and workflow.
c'est fantastique! Thanks for your videos. The way you go over everything, all the thought process from shooting to post really helps budding enthusiasts like me! Learning a lot.
For those of you who bitch and moan about the French and how rude they are, Serge is a great representation of the French. Great energy, great sense of humor and genuine. Great video Serge. Servus aus Baravia!
Wow, I'm sorry I missed this fabulous bridge when I was in your beautiful city in 2014. Thank you for a very informative tutorial and I'm off to revisit my Paris collection and see if I can weave some Ramelli magic!
Serge sir.. Absolutely beautiful and informative video. Just started using lightroom few days back..picked it up really fast thanks to you and also few other youtubers. Much Love from India.
My favorite city I have been to, I'm glad things are settled down a bit! Thanks for the tutorial, I make 3D renderings for Architecture and this tutorial will help my work. Merci!
Very informative stuff, I am using an old Canon Proshot 1 and not thinking of getting a new camera, as it works fine, but need to learn how to use software
So much to learn. Great presentation. You made those photos pop. I don't have Lightroom. Can I do what you did in Photoshop Elements 14? I am from the old school of dodge and burn.
I love when you tell about different compositions and takes us through the whole proces of making a great photo - and not just the editing :) Like you just did in Venice - it's great! And btw - if you hold down alt while adjusting a radial filter, you only move one part of it.. Don't know if you knew, but it looked like you had some problems making the filters fit.. Anyways - love your videos! I'm a big fan of your work! :D
Great photos and tutorial Serge! For me, I would end up getting rid of the light under the bridge looking at the Eiffel Tower, it is a bit distracting.
Great tutorial Serge. On the 3rd pic though because you also copied the graduated filter, the sky on the left is too dark when compared to the sky on the right. Nevertheless thank you very much for your videos..
Just some quick thoughts. At first I was like "Uhlala french speaking" nah, just kidding. I have seen dozens of videos about composition. I thought this one is going to be as boring as the rest was. But no I really enjoyed it. Thanks for the input. Quick question. Do you always shoot in Manual or are you using Aperture prority Mode or Shutter Speed Modes as well? Cause I find my pictures tend to get mich sharper in Aperture and Shutter Modes. Also. What Aperture did you choose? I might not have gotten it. Merci pour tout - You get what I mean Keep it up!!
Love the channel and an interesting look into your post process. I personally think the image is over processed as I tend to try to avoid editing to much. But the after image was much better for sure.
What does your workflow consist of. I noticed you used Lightroom and Photoshop. Do you edit in PS first and then save in LR or vice versa. I am trying to establish a workflow but am confused as to what to use first and then where to save my photos. Thanks FDF
This video just showed me what I was doing wrong for the past 8 years with Photoshop. Thanks sir Serge. Truly appreciated :)

The metal structure you erased is called a Crane in English :-) Excellent video as always!!
...awesome mate, well done...
I've learned to recognize that Sony a7rii shutter sound by now thanks to Jason Lanier.
I love when you tell about different compositions and takes us through the whole proces of making a great photo - and not just the editing :) Like you just did in Venice - it's great!

Great tutorial Serge. On the 3rd pic though because you also copied the graduated filter, the sky on the left is too dark when compared to the sky on the right. Nevertheless thank you very much for your videos..
Thanks for sharing!
Always interesting seeing how photographers do their post processing. But Serge, why not clarity on your skies?
Thanks! I don’t like to see harsh skies, I prefer puffy clouds more soft skies, it is much more pleasant to the eyes I think! :-)
they are beautiful
Thank you Serge
