Leggari Floor Kits were designed to transform your floors into something new and unique by coating your existing concrete, tile, or wood flooring. Floor Kits are fun and easy to install. You can have a designer floor that will last for decades in 2 days with our unique floor kits, custom made to your projects square footage.
If you can paint your flooring then you’re more than qualified to install a Leggari Floor Kit.
Our Metallic Epoxy Floor System is the thickest, most durable user friendly coating on the market hands down. Our floor kits go down at 45 square feet per gallon while our competitors are installing epoxy floor systems at a coverage of 60 to 120 square feet per gallon. When you install epoxy that thin you will never get the dynamic looks, flow, marbleization, and effects that our Metallic Epoxy System creates. When you choose our system you’re getting an industrial grade product with proprietary additives specifically designed to create longer working time before setting up. It will bond better, last longer, has higher scratch resistance and it’s 2x to 3x thicker than any other product available while still having competitive pricing. Order with confidence knowing you’re getting the best system available that has been tested and proven.
Learn about the floor installation process here:
    PREPPING THE SUBSTRATE OR SURFACE
One of the best ways to prep your surface is diamond grinding. You can rent concrete grinders at most rental stores. The next best way is using an etching chemical to etch the surface of the concrete. You can also sand the surface if the before mentioned methods can’t be done. If you can only prep minimally or can’t prep at all we have a Prep Replacement Primer to help achieve a strong bond. We always recommend prepping the concrete surface first.
    PRIMING THE SUBSTRATE OR SURFACE
Priming the floor is simple and fast. Mix your pre-measured primer then dip and roll the pigmented primer across the surface until the floor is completely pigmented. Wait 1 hr (or until tacky and not coming off to the touch) and start applying the Base Coat.
    METALLIC EPOXY COAT
Applying the Base Coat and Highlights is the funnest part. Mix your pre-measured Base Coat, pour it out across the floor and begin to spread out the epoxy with your rubber squeegee getting it as even as you can. Our Epoxy self-levels so don’t worry about getting it perfectly even. Quickly roll over the surface with your paint roller to help even out the epoxy. Now mix your pre-measured highlight color and apply it to the base color, then blend it to your desired look.
    HIGH WEAR TOP COAT
We offer 2 different gloss sheens in our Urethane Top Coat. The Top Coat comes with the option to have a High Gloss or a Matte Finish. It needs to be rolled out super thin and leaves a minor texture which gives it the extra durability. Apply it within 24 hrs of installing your floor kit or you will need to sand the surface before applying it.
**APPLICATION DETAILS ARE ADDRESSED IN OUR TUTORIAL VIDEOS

I told my little brother about u guys. He and his wife, just redid their entire house with ur products and it looks absolutely beautiful. They absolutely love it and ur products. Im so glad I told them about ur products!! They saved thousands of dollars using ur products, but it looks just as expensive as it would of had they used the marble they were going to originally use. Great video today, as usual, the floor looks beautiful. This is such a creative way to redo ur home for a 1/4 of the cost. We will forever use ur products every time we up grade our homes!! Thank u for making our homes beautiful!!

If you could share this information I feel it would be helpful for all of us who are curious to see ur beautiful work. Thank you

I’ve seen you guys use a squeegee to spread highlights in some of your other videos then in this video a roller to spread the highlights. Which option is better for which situations?

    • @LeggariProducts
      @LeggariProducts  16 วันที่ผ่านมา

It really just depends on the look you're going for! For a single highlight color in small amounts, we often use a squeegee. But for this really mixed look the roller works great.

@LeggariProducts QUESTION: After the "dispersing effect was applied (Isopropyl Alcohol with Liquid Diamonds) by Tyler, was the entire floor then sprayed with DENATURED ALCOHOL to pop any bubbles that might have been created? From watching your previous videos, I know that is a standard procedure, but you didn't show or mention it in this video. I just want to make sure I understand: Is the final "Wet" step, before allowing the epoxy to cure, ALWAYS to mist the entire floor with Denatured Alcohol?
P.S...this is the most beautiful and creative floor application I have seen you guys do! It was especially satisfying to see the ENTIRE project completed this time! Between the whimsical wall murals and your dreamy Leggari Floors, this space must feel like a child's paradise to the kids! Thanks ~Christy~

The floor is very nice..!!! Only prob I see is there were a lot of unmixed blue pigment flares... well that's what call them... I mix my powder pigments in a smaller container 1st.... then I remix it in my larger batch to thoroughly burst all dry pigment clumps to prevent deep color pigment flares... i'm pretty sure that's why they didn't show the mixing process to avoid people like me commenting LOL

I feel like there's something major we're missing here. When you were blending the dark blue into the light blue, the brush strokes were very obvious. Is the "magic" I'm referring to when the liquid diamond was sprayed? Is that what got rid of the brush strokes? Or, is there another step that dissipates those brush lines? Because I want to do something a bit similar on my garage floor with a different color....and my big concern is not having those brush strokes show up.
