I felt eerier when sleep over there is becos of incense burning due to hungry ghost season and the chill whether during that time..although i am aware of ppl walk pass me..while dozing off
Luckily during dec 2020, cos if 2018, i will be at under the block next to it overnighting or sleep over under that blok beside it and also during hungry ghost..i think most of the tenants has filled up e unit i guess...at present, 2021

fengshui wise, any residential near religious buildings tend to attract spiritual entities. This got a Church right beside is a big no.
