- Remember the old days of minecraft when you were too scared to go outside at night or even too scared to play the game? I tried to recreate this feeling by adding some of the scariest minecraft mods to my world.
Join me in my minecraft world where I build a house while something is following me. In this world, Herobrine, the cave dweller, the man from the fog (the night dweller), and many other scary minecraft mods give this minecraft playthrough a horrifying and nostalgic experience.
Things in the video:
From the Fog (Herobrine)
The Man from the Fog (the night dweller)
Evolved Cave Dweller
Whisper Woods
Modded Minecraft
Minecraft 100 Days
Horror Minecraft Mods

ten years later and i still get scared with herobrine 💀
It's not just the character
But the concept of being watched by someone like you is indeed scary 😅
@@youcefsiouda It's not even that it looks like you, the real reason that makes herobrine so scary is that apparently you are not alone in your Singleplayer World.
@@SprayInk-And-CritGlitch
Bro it looks like Steve
@@youcefsiouda How about you have another skin, smart guy
@@SprayInk-And-CritGlitch
Oh my god you fricking idiot
Herobrine looks like Steve
Smh 🤦♀️
This is a perfect Herobrine mod. This mod shows exactly what Herobrine used to be like in the legends back in 2013. Unlike the other Herobrine mod that shoves 500 screaming Herobrine-possessed mobs in your face
The mod is from the fog btw
This mod is fun but it sucks later. Herobrine shows up like 500 times per 10 minutes
@@HatKiddy I thought there was a setting for how rare the encounters are.
Herobrine seems chill ngl
@@Acuditpretty sure there is
i probably wont watch the entire thing but you near perfectly recreated the nostalgic vibe of minecraft videos i used to watch as a kid, well ignoring that there are horror mods in this
The end is the best part tho
@@arthurius_3022bro by the time im writing this im at 21:54 and your starting to scare and spoil it for me.
@@bengaminng1. Did you like it?
@@bengaminng1.Your fault for reading comments
@@arthurius_3022 well that possessed enderman makes me shart my pants sometimes and it was like the cliffhanger on the 1st episode.
I love ambient sounds... could really add them to Minecraft...
This guy somehow perfected not talking during gameplay and making it funny. This is my new favorite Minecraft channel, this man deserves more
The fact that playing in a world where the only human being is you and realizing theres someone else is actually psychological terror and very unsettling
0:44 just kills me for some reason lmao
Dude this video was so good. Funny, creepy, and with just the right amount of mods. Feels like watching the old game. Keep up the content +1 sub
Thanks! Thats what I was going for ❤
@@piwgydo more of it in part 2 please.
You summed it up perfectly
how the fuck is this funny? he dont even talk??? 😭
This is such a creative way to make Minecraft videos. Most of them nowadays are loud and have a lot of editing to them. It's fine as long as the content itself is entertaining, but this is definitely a fresh change of pace. Simple edits, no talking, and a couple memes sprinkled in for comedy. It's made in such way that captures how most people (including me) play Minecraft I feel. Quiet, creative, and from time to time, funny.
I especially loved the cliffhanger at the end. Like the rest of the video, it was simple and wasn't too dramatized. You added just enough editing to get the point across that it was a very intense life or death moment in game. Much respect for making me invested in the sequel, especially since you're not in hardcore.
All in all, great video and I hope it gets traction. It could very well spark a whole new genre of Minecraft content that I'd love to see. Keep it up!
8:45 that shit actually jumpscared me LOL
I should call Kevin is a reference to a meme "if I saw herobrine I'd call my friend Kevin."
14:56 LMFAO 😂
I love that even when you're surrounded by all kind of paranormal entities, somehow the baby zombies are still the scariest mob to deal with
I feel like this video really encapsulated that feeling of sheer loneliness when playing Minecraft sometimes. I remember playing the Xbox 360 edition at night, and it being really unsettling by there being only me. I finally got that feeling again so many years later with this video.
I get what ur saying, Minecraft can work so well as a horror game because of how liminal it is. There’s nothing actually there but the fact that you feel like there Is makes the game that scary. I used to always get an uneasy feeling and it wouldn’t help that my pickaxe would shatter while I’m zoning out mining lol
I really like this video’s simplicity, without any sort of dialogue it makes it feel more authentic, and the humor doesn’t feel too out of place or ruins any moments
but the one complaint I do have is the painful editing of zooming in on every time something interesting appears
I feel like your reaction alone already points out that something interesting happened, so when you edit in a slowed down zoom in of the creepy thing it just feels like pointing out the obvious which can get tedious as most people who pay attention can already see it for themselves
This video is so comfortable for some reason. There's no talking, but it's still creepy, funny and has a very special feeling to it
As someone else said in the comments, this has a nostalgic feel to it. As if we were all back in 2012, with our friends and/or cousins sitting next to us on the computer, taking turns playing after each person died, and psyching eachother out acting like we seen herobrine but couldnt prove it. Building crude yet effective houses out of planks and logs. Walking around for hours in a world that seemed to forever be expanding, but so simple. Bring back many memories for me. Great video, subbed.
Underrated channel for real. This is the content I’ve been needing for a while, not that "I survived 100 days in minecraft hardcore" stuff that’s done illegitimately.
Omg, it's a CHECHIA! 🇨🇿
You almost had Chechnya there, but hi.
put some respect on forge labs name
Hey don’t diss my mans Forge Labs
@@ButterflyDivide Ey! Who said I was going for Forge Labs’ neck?! I’m on about the crappy creators
"Minecraft but supernatural horrors inconvenience me while I build a cool cabin"
Tbh when i clicked on the vid i expected there to be commentary but when i found out there wasnt i was kinda disappointed but after watching the whole vid i really enjoyed it and it really reminded me of old minecraft videos
I never thought the day'd come I see another herobrine-haunting kinda video, let alone without generic "OH MY GOD1!!! HEROBRIN!!!!" edits. the very minimal use of the man from the fog makes this all the more based
17:24 door jumpscare
Thats how a creepypasta will look like if the protagonist doesnt get scared at all
Here before this blows up!!!
Me too
Wouldn't hold your breath. . .
Me three
Trust me it wont
I believe in you piggy.
I feel like a kid again watching this in the 2010's. I love that there's no over-the-top reactions. Just minecraft gameplay, but with an eerie atmosphere and funny edits here and there. But I find it relaxing, in a way, I watched the whole thing. I'd love to see more of these, if that's something you're considering doing.
If this happens to me, I'm deleting Minecraft forever.
I don't often watch these kinds of silent videos, but this is an exception. Fits the horror vibe and is overall relaxing in a way. Love your work man, +1 sub!
Bro really responded to herobrine getting in his house by building a fence around him
11:15 that random tree just popping up was funny XD
yikers, i started playing with a buncha spooky mods, and i'm so damn scared of every little thing LMFAOO
like.. i heard a weird noise, it was actually from one of my cats irl but i didn't realize that at first right, and then a BEE flew out from behind some trees in game and gave me a damn heart attack oh my GOD. i got jumpscared by a BEE..... in my defense, i don't know like anything about most of the mods i'm using, or i haven't used them in years and have no idea what their 1.19.4 variants are like (...looking at you, weeping angels mod >:[ ) so ermm.... can't wait to go caving and die irl from three simultaneous heart attacks AND cardiac arrest the second i see either the cave dweller or the man from the fog!! WOOOOO :|
..anyway, i LOVE how you edited this!! i quite like minecraft vids like these that don't have commentary, but they're not easy to find (at least, not ones that are actually entertaining to watch) so i'm super stoked that i found this!!
Creepy yet comfy, just like The Librarian says... heh, Minecraft always worked so well as a kind of a horror game simply because of the sheer loneliness and pure silence of its gameplay, especially in older versions. I loved it, hope to see more of this.😁
Wasn't expecting a lack of commentary sided by good, non intrusive and comedically timed edit reactions to stand in for commentary.
I like this style, earned yourself a subscriber.
idk why but the fact that you're in a snow biome makes it so much scarier
2:45, That jumpscare really got me. Also, you got yourself another sub.
I lowkey love the no talking content, reminds of the 2010 "lets play" era. Keep uploading with the same video style, maybe improve your render a bit( if possible). I will definitely watch the whole series if you keep up with the videos. (I was the 18th like)
Herobrine is like, "What are you building there? A house? OK cool bye."
The no-talking classic style really puts me on edge, just ambience.
They could just jumpscare us immediately, lol.
this is amazing, it captures the lonely and unsure feeling perfectly, and the old lighting and textures combining with the feeling of nostalgia makes this perfect
I really like the the esthetics of 1.12.2 you used for this modpack, even though it is 1.19.2 version of the game. It really gives a feeling of horror nostalgia to the game.
It's just programmer art texture pack. It's in Minecraft by default and it reverts blocks that were around pre-texture update to their old textures
1.7 was really the golden age of minecraft horror mods lol
まぁ昔のマイクラあれだもんな
He got good sense of humor, I hope he makes more videos in the future.
Something with this silent video with lower render distance, solid leaf blocks, and the lower bitrate video just gives massive nostalgia vibes that hooks me into the video
I readed the description, and guess what? You recreated this feeling very well! Watching this video i remembered how i quitted worlds when i heard a cave sound cuz i thinked something was following me, just after 1 year i discovered with my friend that those cave sounds were natural💀
And you kinda gave me the vibe of playing the game for the first time and not knowing almost nothing of it, and being lost. Good content! Keep it up.
Bro came back to life after 2 years 💀
His planned return
I like how it seems that he's more likely annoyed by herobrine rather then scared
the dimming or blue-saturation-ing (lmao) of the scenes in the snow is sooo good and appealing to the eye. its like a nice dream that feels almosy safe. but you know its not.
A mixture of horror with the addition of humor. What a cool thing.
What version of minecraft is this? Also great video the skeleton on the fan with the 3 bread literally killed me.
Thanks, I'm using 1.19.2 :)
@@piwgy Thank you so much! I'm probably going to be making a series inspired by this with me and my friends. I'll definitely credit you in the description and stuff!
A low quality video, a dense fog, a texture pack, behavior packs, a disturbing sound atmosphere and the Minecraft... Amazing.
I like how Herobrine is just kind of there. He's not actively harming you but at the same time I feel like it's all a ploy to get you to drop your guard.
Few things i noticed/liked:
The smooth illumination is turned off like in the old mc creepypastas.
The "If i see Herobrine i call my friend Kevin" reference.
Herobrine becomes more of a nuisance than a threat.
I liked the clickbait circles and the memes to not be all scary stuff.
Great video!
Herobrine at the start:
- Boo
"Oh no, I am scared"
Herobrine at the end:
- Hey bro, just passing. Nice house you putting together right there.
"Thank you bro, it's nice to have your company time to time"
17:25 That, for some reason, made me tense up and jump.
2:13 let's all agree that.. this is beautiful..
21:03
GENIIUS! Why did I never think of doing that?!
I love these videos with no commentary, it makes it more ominous and scary. This video was both calming with the building and stuff, but also so unnerving because of herobrine constantly stalking you, even times where you didn't even notice it.
I do wish the night dweller appeared more, imagine dealing with both the night dweller and herobrine CONSTANTLY.
As well as imagine being down in a cave and you are dealing with the cave dweller and herobrine? that would be insane to deal with.
This is something ive wanted for a while, just funny, scary and calm building all well put together capturing the essence of minecraft while still having anomalies
Nice video friend, that nostalgic feeling of the old Minecraft was amazing, I hope you make a second part c:
Thank the heavens for youtube recommending me this video. Exactly the kind of quiet, atmospheric content that Minecraft needs more of. Instant subscribe, I hope you'll do more of these in the foreseeable future.
Ngl, the door spamming open/closed really fast scared TF out of me! Just really caught me off guard from what I thought I should've been expecting. I thought it was Herobrine communicating from beyond the veil at first, but then we saw it was just a heckin Weeping Angel too dumb to fit through the door lol
This is some crazy nostalgia back to the old herobrine days of 2012
finally - a normal, casual player doing a normal minecraft playthrough. no extreme builds or exploits, just someone enjoying minecraft
I love it. It legit looks like the old minecraft until I saw the snow huts and things that are new minecraft stuff
That ending was terrifying. Hearing any eerie buildup and then frantically searching for the source is the worst! Great vid!
I love your editing style, and the no commentary paired with the classic textures really brings me back in time. Herobrine still scares me at 21as much as he did when I was 10. Keep up the good work man
Really liked stuff like this, minecraft as a horror game. It also has an odd feel of old minecraft creepy pastas. You have a new subscriber
Well done video, good editing and pacing, right amount of jokes that where well timed, my only critique is th slowes down replay of encounters felt a bit much, its good to use on the much faster ones, such as the tree, but on some of the slower ones it was a bit jarring.
Love it, only thing that takes me out of it is the advancements. Kinda just kills the mood if I am notified that Herobrines been actually watching or if I have somehow seen it
The editing is amazing. I like the very subtle editing and the random memes thrown in every so often it’s not over done like other videos I’ve seen recently.
The creepy stuff is cool and all but I was so invested in your house building skills
This is one of the best minecraft videos I've seen in a long time, oh my god please make more of this. The humor/horror was perfectly balanced - plus 10/10 house design
Honestly, I'm more entertained by those ice houses the villagers use in that snow biome because I've never seen that before.
I really like this video. Interesting how the simplicity of the video combined with the old texture pack creates such a nostalgic feeling. But at the same time, the video has cuts that makes it more dynamic.
Keep on going!
Bro plays so chill even if getting stalked by herobrine and his pet 💀
I like this Herobrine mod. It is exactly what he supposed to be,what made him scary in the first place back at the time-he just lurks in the mist and silently watches you, making you feel like wherever you go,you are never truly alone in your local world. Never actually harming you, never making much of a mess,no silly godly powers or anything. He's just there. I only wish that his presence was a little less persistent and noticeble, but otherwise, that is the best one I've seen so far. I would like to actually just casually play with this mod sometime.
Also, amazing vid overall. A little eerie and absolutely hillarious. Watched it till the end and enjoyed every minute of it. Though I'll have to admit,I forgot about the horrors halfway through and got a little too captivated by watching you build the house x)
I have said it before, and I‘ll do it again. This guys editing is on point. Its spooky and it’s hilarious. Cant wait to comment the same thing on Part 2 after watching it all again
Bro I love this it reminds me of nostalgic Minecraft playthroughs with no commentary
You’re a legend man, needed this nostalgia
17:22 ok yeah that would 100% scare me straight out of my own skin, this is the best herobrine datapack ever
17:27 This is gho-
Great video👍
Love the editing, glad i stumbled upon this video, i seriously hope you upload more!
Suprisingly cool. You placed memes in the right places. You don't stall or suck at gameplay. And you picked an interesting mod.
It's always a pleasure to see Minecraft content that isn't ten edits in 3 seconds with captions flying all over the place and 3 different angles from the cinematic mod.
I love how the video is actually scary thanks to the no commentary and fun with the added memes, loving it man
Loved the vid! I don't know if fences were in this version of minecraft but here's a tip anyway, if you don't have glass you can fill the windows with fences temporarily, hope it helps in the future :D
This was so calming for some reason. How you simply try to build a house in peace like a house tutorial but at the same time showcase the mod and not overreacting like *OMG WHERE DID THESE GUY COME FROM* and the small humor about how your unfinished house had no roof I really like it good job this definitely was the video I needed for not being able to fall asleep!
By the way nice house love the way you built it
This was a really great video and the meme edits had me rolling on the floor, you earned a new sub! I hope you'll make more videos like this in the future :D
As disturbing and scary as this video is, when you look towards the sunset at 2:14 while that good old music plays, for a moment it brought me a comforting, nostalgic feeling that made me feel like the old times again.
Perfect video, bro. I'd like to watch a part II if possible
Bro you nailed the eerie emptiness of old MC. Great video.
Very nice, loved this format!
Keep doing that work, it's amazing :3
Please make this a series, you're editing is so funny and your gameplay is soothing in a way, great job
Satisfying. I really appreciate when you're not talking, also subscribed btw
I like this video idea. Just a guy playing a classic Minecraft with no commentary and the game is slightly terrifying. The memes make it a lot better. I also love your house.
Edit: I’m also going to show everyone I know about this because I love it that much.
That was a great video, the fact that there is no commentary made it even scarier, good job!
This was fun, love the no commentary but you can still tell where you panic
Subbed for the channel picture
Felt my heart skip a beat. 17:23
This is the type of minecraft video i've been looking for no commentary or anything just a normal minecraft gameplay... Except its not...
very ominous. great vid! keep up the good work!
10/10 minecraft video, would watch more
